I have lived in the Raleigh area for 28 years now. An old timer by most standards. Lived abroad plus the US west, northwest, southwest and now the south. Shopped many salons to find this wonderful group of stylists in the little hamlet of Wake Forest. Who would have thunk? Felicia the owner has been a true artist with a never ending penchant for pleasing the customer who always becomes a friend. She will listen thoroughly and ask along the way to a new style or a perfect rendition of your continuing style. Enjoy! more

Anita is a wonderful stylist that takes her time and listens to what her client's wants!! She turned my hair crisis into something amazing!! Wonderful highlights that look natural not chunky and fake in addition to a great cut!! The salon set up makes the client's feel welcome and comfortable as each stylist has their own individual room so that you are not out on display for the world to see until the magic is done :) Everyone i encountered was very nice and sincere today. Will be back!! more

Last week, I went to a local chain to have my haircut on a whim. A very horrible whim. I had a coupon and being the frugal person I am...I said..""how bad can it be?"" well, I found out. It was horrid! Let's just say..It wasn't as ""fantastic"" as the name of the business implies. So after talking with friends, I learned of Who Does Your Hair and decided to call. I reached Anita Moss also known to me now as ""the woman who saved my hair!"" She worked a miracle on my hair and now I love my cut! more

Anita Moss is a wonderful hair stylist. She has been cutting and coloring my hair, as well as, my three teenage daughters for the past 1 1/2 years. Anita helped me make the big decision to go shorter with my hair after having it the same length forever and I love it! Anita listens to what you want, and is honest with what she thinks is best. I'm very picky about my hair color. I like it to look natural and have a terrible time finding someone that understands what natural means. Anita understands. I now have natural looking hair color! AND a great cut. I've had more complements on my hair than ever before. I will never let anyone else touch my hair again.\r \r I hate getting my eyebrows done. The waxing is bad but then the plucking is horrible, not to mention my super sensitive skin. Every time I've had them done I end up looking like someone whacked me with a stick across the top of my eyes. Guess what, Anita can do my eyebrows so that it doesn't hurt and it doesn't leave a mark! Seriously. I would not have believed it either but she is a true miracle worker.\r \r You need a cut, color, and waxing? Go see Anita. You will never go anywhere else again. more

I hate getting my hair cut. I don't trust anyone either. But I was in desperate need of something and so I went to Who Does Your Hair. I just want to say that Anita was wonderful. She understood my fears and took her time with me until we figured out what would and wouldn't work for my hair (very curly), she never rushed me. Will always go back to Anita. more

I love Amy Lindsey! She is a fabulous stylist who is up on all the latest trends. Maybe that is why she always has the latest trash rags..hhhhhmmm! She is not only talented at cutting and coloring hair, she does a mean updo! She is my therapist/hairdresser and I look forward to seeing her every month! more

I really liked this salon, I went there after reading reviews on this website. I didn't book an appointment, just walked right on in there and was greeted by a friendly blonde lady who said they could cut my hair in half an hour. She asked me to sit on the comfy chairs whilst I waited and that I could help myself to coffee or tea. After only 15 minutes another woman came out and introduced herself to me as Anita. She cut my hair and did it exactly how I wanted, a very friendly hairdresser and she also did a great wash and blowout. The customer service here was excellent, as well as the price. I will definetely come back here if I am in the area again. 5 stars more

All the hair stylists are great at Who Does Your Hair?, but Felecia is the heart and soul of the salon. I have been one of her clients for over 10 years and she is excellent! She never rushes and always makes you feel like you are her number one client! An expert at cutting, styling, coloring, and highlighting, she listens as well as gives helpful suggestions so you leave feeling rested and looking like a million bucks!! more

I love Who Does Your Hair and especially Shannon. She's been cutting, coloring and highlighting my hair for 6 years now and I really consider her a friend. Everyone always raves about my hair color. She really understands my hair and me and helps me find a style that really works for me and my style. She recently cut my son's hair for the first time and my very picky son said it was the best haircut he ever had. The entire salon is so very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it! more

FINALLY, after three years of visiting the “best recommended” salons in the Raleigh area, I was so happy to find Amanda at one of these! I couldn’t be more pleased, in fact, my whole family could not be happier with the results we get! She is so talented, very professional and very conscientious in making sure she understands what you want. She is so good at what she does and is very sweet with a wonderful personality too! I have been going to her for the past two years for styling and highlighting, which I am always getting compliments on! Amanda recently moved to Who Does Your Hair, of course there was no question of following her. As for the salon, it is very friendly and professional, in a great location in Wake Forest. more

Shannon Rocks!! 5/9/2011

Shannon is by far the best hair goddess in Wake Forest. She always does an excellent job and makes you feel pampered and beautiful!! When you get out of her chair she has given you exactly what you asked for. The greatest thing about Shannon is if I give her a picture of a style she will talk through how it will be slightly different on me due to different hair type and texture. This was I get the complete picture and not upset when I don't look like the picture - Great place to get your hair done!!! more

Janet is wonderful! 5/3/2011

I've been going to Janet at who does your hair for quite a few years now. She always does an excellent job and takes her time to get it just right. She is personable and the rest of the staff are very friendly. The shop is easy to get in and out of - easy parking and convenient if you need to grab something from target at wake forest to or from. I'd highly recommend this shop and Janet if you are looking for a hairdresser!! Great place to go!! more

Best hairdresser in Wake Forest 4/16/2011

If you're looking for a Five Star hairdresser, Janet at Who Does Your Hair is your person. She's an expert with all types of hair and styles and will offer great suggestions that will work well for you. My husband went to her once and said it was the best haircut he had ever gotten. Unfortunately, we have moved out of state and I know it will be a challenge for me to find anyone that even compares to Janet. Not only is she a skillful hairstylist, but a sweet and caring person as well. I highly recommend her for the whole family!! more
