I had received a lot of great reviews for White Glove Moving so I was pretty confident using them, but they really did exceed my expectations. They double wrapped absolutely everything; even the small pieces and unwrapped everything .Then , they helped me set it all up in each room and place the furniture in a few different spots. All movers were so friendly the entire day. They came prepared with boxes for all my things, from wardrobe to large boxes for pots and pans and picture frames. They also had bins for shoes, luggage, glasses, plants, etc. Great job?.thanx more

The best movers 6/11/2010

Hello, I wanted to pass along some positive feedback after our move on 5/31/10. The crew showed up on time and worked very quickly and very hard to get the job done. Ali, the foremen, was the best! He was very professional and made the move much less stressful as a result of him being there. I would definitely recommend Ali and the rest of the crew to others. Also, the salesperson (I believe his name was Ralph??) who came out to our house initially was great as well. He walked us through the whole process, provided suggestions and was the main reason why we chose White Glove as there were many companies to choose from. Thanks again! Regards, Kevin Arps more

Unfortunately we choose White Glove Moving. Now they just maybe like all other movers. In that they make promises about how they handle your furniture and then when in transit or in our case when it was put into storage - they do it as quickly as they can without any regard to proper handling. all around a wonderful move... 3/12/2010

I initially head about white glove through my new neighbor. I saw the truck when she was moving in. They have a clean new red truck and the moving men looked professional. When I called them I was transferred to Casper who spent almost 20 minutes with me answering all my questions and helping me to feel comfortable about the move. I moved once before in the past and had a terrible experience. So having Casper disclose everything to me was so important. Long story short, I made the right choice in choosing White glove. They came to my home in Chatham and packed everything and then moved me. The estimate Casper gave me was within $50 of the actually price I paid. The moving men were so helpful. They took the time to put back together the couch legs they had to disassemble to get through the doorways and really took an extra few minutes to place the furniture where I wanted it. Overall I recommend White Glove to anybody who wants an honest mover who cares about their customers...Great experience. Yeah! Pros: great customer service, timely, professional movers. Cons: not applicable. more

A great experience 2/22/2010

A friend recommended White Glove to me. I'm certainly grateful he did. They helped me move from Westchester to Brooklyn and, from beginning to end, contined to impress. They arrived on time and were courteous, detailed, professional and efficient. They ultimately finished the job ahead of schedule and, even better, came in under estimate. Stress free move thanks to the guys at White Glove 1/29/2010

I received an estimate from the guys over at White Glove and was really impressed by the way they broke down the whole process. They explained every cost and how it pertained to my move. But more importantly on the day of the move my Crew Chief and his men made me feel comfortable as they started to load my items. Long story short I paid the estimated amount and not a dollar more and felt like I really got my moneys worth period! Pros: Paid estimated amount for clean neat service more

Think before you use them 10/1/2009

Be careful when selecting these guys. They were not the most nor least expensive but salesperson was believeable and sincere. We had moved long distance and our furniture was in storage for 3 months. Upon arrival at our new home, we found stains and mold on 3 couches, scrathed and broken furniture and broken crystal. We did not choose extra coverage because we were told we had 60 cents per pound free insurance. We had 13000lbs of furniture, so we thought we would be okay. However dealing with their claims people, it was explained that we have 60 cents per damaged item. We are in the midst of filing a claim, but honestly, I'm not encouraged by their responses so far. We signed the contract, so it is our fault, but the explanation re: the coverage was not fully disclosed. Be careful. The Service was Great 4/27/2009

We received quotes from several moving companies but were little confused; I was looking for a good moving company but was unable to understand the true nature of the company. Every company states to be the best, as I received several quotes from moving companies and decided to reserve White Glove Moving after researching a few of them out. I was very pleased with the service from actual movers. I would definitely use this service again and hope that people follow this advice. more

Well Equipped 4/27/2009

This was my third move and I know little about how to get ready for a move. I went online and filled out a form of some sorts and was a bit surprised when I was contacted by several different companies. I checked them out with the legal institutions and a few on this site and chose one based on recommendations from both. I was pleased with the performance and knowledge by the representative and drivers. White Glove Moving really did a good job. more

I received quotes from two different moving companies and happened to choose White Glove Moving by luck. They helped me pack my full house. I received several quotes from moving companies and decided to reserve after researching a few of them out. I was very pleased with the service from the actual movers. The services offered by White Glove Moving was really amazing, I was more pleased to see them packing the stuffs. They knew their work and were ready with everything. They were well prepared to prepare me for the move. We were quickly ready for the move. They loaded and unloaded my stuffs as well as settled them just right in place as it was in my old house. White Glove Moving helped me relocate from New Jersey to Connecticut very efficiently. I did not have much time to get prepared for the move myself, as I?m busy all day. I collected few quotes and spoke to the reps from different companies. I felt White Glove Moving understood my requirements and they really did. I found the moving services of White Glove Moving to be extremely helpful. They were affordable but also didn?t skimp out on anything to take away from a great move. There are several things that I liked about this company. But the best thing that I liked about White Glove Moving is that they were upfront about all their rates and services. That?s why I chose them to move me. They weren?t the cheapest but they certainly provided me with excellent moving services to make my relocation from New York, New York to East Rutherford, New Jersey. Flawless Service 4/22/2009

At the first point I don?t trust moving companies but White Glove Moving was amazing at trying to keep me within my budget for a move without sacrificing any quality. So by the time my move from New York to New Jersey I was really happy because all my items were taken care of. Not all moving companies will try to be as helpful as White Glove Moving. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. more
