Be careful when selecting these guys. They were not the most nor least expensive but salesperson was believeable and sincere. We had moved long distance and our furniture was in storage for 3 months. Upon arrival at our new home, we found stains and mold on 3 couches, scrathed and broken furniture and broken crystal. We did not choose extra coverage because we were told we had 60 cents per pound free insurance. We had 13000lbs of furniture, so we thought we would be okay. However dealing with their claims people, it was explained that we have 60 cents per damaged item. We are in the midst of filing a claim, but honestly, I'm not encouraged by their responses so far. We signed the contract, so it is our fault, but the explanation re: the coverage was not fully disclosed. Be careful.
