Wheel Time Rentals

These people are flat out rude, They don't know how to run a business professionally and are flat out ignorant. The owner does not speak to people with any type of respect once you have made a purchase from him. He acts as if he has no home training. They are over priced and know they are ripping people off. I will never give them my business again. I am in the business of buying new rims again and I am selling the rims that I bought from them and I will take my business somewhere else. I will never make the mistake of dealing with these ignorant jerks ever again!!!!!!! BEWARE PEOPLE..... DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I HAVE MADE!!! more

If you notice there were a few bad reviews then a few good ones both dated on the 17th, lmao at the coincidence on that one, looks like the owner is trying to save face then posted another a few days later, Nice Try!! It is very clear they were from the owner and or friends of the owner/family. more

I go to wheel time for all my rims and tires. they always take care of me and I would recommend them to friends and family more

I had a rent to own acct with wheel time. I couldnt afford my wheels and tires that I desperatly needed, and wheel time made that possible. I originally only needed tires, but they gave me such a great deal, I could afford rims too! So now my car looks awesome thanks to wheel time! They give you a reasonable 30days same as cash! \r \r I would recommend this place to anyone I know! As long as you keep up with your payments, there is no reason to not LOVE them. Thanks wheel time! GREAT PLACE! I have bought 3 sets of rims and tires from them! They are the most down to earth, friendly people! I love coming in to see Wayne and the crew. They have always treated me like I was the most important person in the whole place. Great quality and their prices are just unbeatable! Nobody can touch their prices in colorado.\r \r I personally believe the bad reviews are from those doing the rent to own. They do provide a great program like aaron's rental and rent a center so you can get new tires/rims. SO when you dont pay your bill, you get your tires/rims repossessed obviously like any other rent to own. SO these ppl are obviously repossessed accts! \r \r Nothing but great customer service and prices from this place! You have to check it out! Pros: rent-to-own, cheapest in town Cons: none! more

I walked in their facility and no one said anything to me. They kept over looking me. Finally, someone offered to help me but it felt like I was an inconvenience. While the gentleman was helping me he was engaging in another conversation with someone else. Then he just walked away and left me standing there. There are also no seats if you are waiting for service on your car. They have guys loitering around doing nothing.\r These people have no home training and have lost a sale! This is the poorest excuse for a company if ever I dealt with one. I purchase 4 snow tires and 4 new rims. The snow tires were put on my old rims and the new rims had my summer tires on. \r \r They put the rims and summer tires on with the wrong lugs and my car shook severly, they knew about this and yet put the lugs on and put my life in danger because they rims could have come off and caused a car accident.\r \r After going back and having them switch the tires to the old rims with the snow tires. Since I knew they worked. My car shook so bad I could not do over 45 on the highway. I had to have Discount Tires balance the tires correctly and paid for it out of my pocket. When I told the owner he said he would check his machine and when I asked if he ordered my lugs he said they still have not come in yet, this was just 7 days after I puchased the tires.\r \r In March I had to call again to see if they got the lugs in. Wayne said that he did and would set them aside for me since I did not want to change out the tires until April. He stated just come on down when you are ready.\r \r I went down to get my tires changed out around the 15th of April, 4 months after purchasing the tires. I was told that they did not have the lugs to swap my rims. I stated that they were to be set aside per Wayne (the owner). While I was waiting for them to call Wayne another customer came into the store, he stated that he was from vail, co and his tires were unbalanced, this is just another customer to recieve crappy service.\r \r I waited for over 2 hours and finally they said they did not have the lugs and that I would have to come back and speak to Wayne, I requested a refund - they denied it, I stated I would call the police since they had my money and would not put the rims on. They stated that they would call the police to have me removed.\r \r After leaving a message for Wayne to call me and waiting for a return call for 5 days I finally called, he was extremely rude, stating that I was a demanding customer from the start and that he would have the lugs for me to pick up between 9 and 10 Monday. \r \r Today 4-20-09, 4 month 19 days after purchasing my tires he finally got the lugs in and would not change out my tires nor re-imburse me for the balancing. \r \r So after paying a crappy company for tires and rims I have to go to another company and pay them to change out and re-balance the tires.\r \r NEVER purchase anything from this store... Wonder what he does when installing radios or Lambo Doors.... Cons: Will have to go to another company 2 get your tires on right more
