This dealership used to be good about 15 years ago or so. Now they have no customer service in the sales side or in the parts Dept. I have bought alot of money worth of things from since I was racing as a child, but now nobody I know would step foot in there including myself due to their arrogant, untruthworthy staff. I walked in there today on a wednesday afternoon at a unbusy time and every sales person on the floor looked at me & ignored me. Then i get to the parts dept. & one parts guy was on the phone & the other little guy was talking to somebody about mountain biking together & his kitty being sick for the 15 mins i was in line behind another lady before we both walked out. You dont deserve to be in business the way you treat people. more

Have visited Westside on several occasions to find the staff extremely friendly and helpful. \r \r Have spend some time on the parking lot with Mandy and her motorcycle training team and I find them to be one of the best in business. If you?re looking to learn to ride and/or a place to refine your riding skills, this is a great place to do that with some of the best instructors in the entire state.\r \r Keep-up the great work!\r Bruce more

Best Shop in town 10/15/2011

I just picked up my new Grizzly 700 EPS this weekend and the sales staff was great. Mitch is sales was so easy to communicate with and made the whole sales process a breeze. The parts department got me all setup with a new snow plow and their service department got it installed the same day. I can't say enough good things about the store and I would recommend them to anyone. more

Best customer service in Spokane 7/24/2011

Westside Motorsports is the best dealership in Spokane, in my experience. I took my BMW R1200GS in for service in June and the service manager bent over backwards to get me right in. The service and installations were done right as scheduled and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Todd in parts knew a lot about BMW accessories and got me hooked up with some new driving lights and panniers. I would recommend Westside to anyone. more

Typical dealership, buyer beware 5/18/2011

After many a bad experience, I did my research before taking my bike in to get fixed. This place I avoided because of negative reviews on other websites. I'd bet a month's pay the above glowing review was written by someone AT Westside. After buying two motorcycles and paying cash for both (before I met her), my GF took her bike here to get serviced. I told her to get it there while the warranty was still valid. She was told it would be done Saturday, so she calls and...""we're really sorry, we don't know when we'll get to it,"" and, ""sorry, we somehow figure the bike running like crap is your fault, so warranty won't be covering the repair; we're going to charge you 200 dollars."" For those of you NOT in the know, this is very typical of motorcycle dealerships and manufacturers, not honoring the warranty, at least of Suzuki and Kawasaki. So, looks like we are going to retrieve the bike and take our business elsewhere permanently. more

Best in Spokane 12/16/2007

I've been very happy with my experience at Westside. When I bought my Yamaha R1 from them they bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my purchase and gave me a pretty good deal, besides. Since then the service department has been great--getting me right in when I needed service, explaining the charges, and meeting their commitments. They are the friendliest dealership I've been to in the area, and seem to always have some really nice deals. more
