Review content:
After many a bad experience, I did my research before taking my bike in to get fixed. This place I avoided because of negative reviews on other websites. I'd bet a month's pay the above glowing review was written by someone AT Westside. After buying two motorcycles and paying cash for both (before I met her), my GF took her bike here to get serviced. I told her to get it there while the warranty was still valid. She was told it would be done Saturday, so she calls and...""we're really sorry, we don't know when we'll get to it,"" and, ""sorry, we somehow figure the bike running like crap is your fault, so warranty won't be covering the repair; we're going to charge you 200 dollars."" For those of you NOT in the know, this is very typical of motorcycle dealerships and manufacturers, not honoring the warranty, at least of Suzuki and Kawasaki. So, looks like we are going to retrieve the bike and take our business elsewhere permanently.
