Westside Kia Dealership Houston

HORRIBLE!! I have taken my 2011 Kia Sorento to the dealership for so many issues in the past 2 years and every single time the service has been down right horrible! First of all, our car is only 2 years old and the transmission has already had to be replaced. NEVER BUY A KIA!! It is the biggest piece of crap I have ever purchased. If you do get suckered into it, NEVER go to Westside Kia for service, EVER!! The guy at the service desk, Russ, is the rudest, most dishonest, and disrespectful person I have ever met. I am not the kind of person that gets mad very often, but today was the last straw and I am furious! I would write about all of the instances that occurred, but it would take way too long... Bottom line: NEVER EVER EVER GO THERE!!! more

This dealership was professional and saved us a lot of money and had the best cars. See my review for Fredy Kia and you will understand. I can highly recommend them, nothing was too much trouble we got the best deal and best finance without and BS or heavy pressure. For example Fredy Kia offered us 4.99% then reduced to 3.99% and Westside Kia got us 1.9% with a $2,500 rebate I rest my case. Kudos to Rick Hall who put an end to the heavy handed lies that I was being spun by Fredy Kia! Thank you, thank you. I love my new Sorento and the colour was just what we wanted, great car! more

CROOKED PEOPLE!! didnt like it.. they aare crooked, they told me my drive out was 31k with a down of 6500, i signed the contract with that price, but my apr was high. they said to come back next week to finalized and re-sign because they will try to find a lower apr since it was saturday and banks were closed. When we came back, they said they lowered the APR and the montly price. I was so happy but later on after comparing the first paperwork that I signed and the recent one, I came to find out that they increased the price of the car. I came back and talked to the accounts manager, he said atleast I saved you 2500 as far as lowering the APR and montly payemtn. But Still it shows that the car cost 42k in total. That was not even a brand new car, there was 2k mileage on it. CROOKED!! Please go to a different KIA. They take advantage of people just because they know we are first time buyers and do not know much about car buying! Again please try another KIA not this one!! more

Excellent service. I was somewhat taken aback by some of the reviews but when I went to this place I found that their service department is extremely helpful and knew what was wrong. They explained me in detail what service my vehicle needed and how long would it take. My car is now performing better! Thanks!\r more

I would never recommend this dealership to anybody! They operate on what I would call a ""bait and switch tactic."" I email a quote on a base optima ex online and Rick Hall gave me a really good price $21,550. I drove over 40 miles to Westside Kia and Rick told me that he didn't have the car that I wanted. He insisted that I test drive the one with the navigation and technology package and if I like it he would give me the internet price for the car. I test drove the car and he gave me the sale price of $27,987. Which I found out later that I had paid over MSRP because at that time there wasn't a car price sticker posted on one of the car's window like they normally do. I will never buy from this dealer again. Stay far away from this dealer! more

Pressured a friend to trade in her car for one with rolled back mileage. She was there just to have her car serviced and they told her that her car was unsafe to drive, wouldn't return her keys and took her insurance papers from the glovebox without permission. They pressured her to buy a used car, which turns out to have rolled back mileage according to CarFax. When she confronted them, they claimed they didn't rollback the mileage, and they already sold the car she traded in, and called her a liar!!!! I thought this type of dealer went out of business a long time ago, but not Westside Kia. more

AWESOME!!!! I drove past 3 other Dealers to come to Westside!! - I was so pleased to purchase a car from a dealer with integrity. Stacey and Don were my sales people and they exceeded my very picky expectations. For Stacey to put up with me and get me the best deal in town she deserved extra kudos. I actually smiled and enjoyed the whole process. I would also like to mention that all of the other staff members (sales, finance, and management) treated me with such respect and kindness it makes my recommending Westside easy to all.
