HORRIBLE!! I have taken my 2011 Kia Sorento to the dealership for so many issues in the past 2 years and every single time the service has been down right horrible! First of all, our car is only 2 years old and the transmission has already had to be replaced. NEVER BUY A KIA!! It is the biggest piece of crap I have ever purchased. If you do get suckered into it, NEVER go to Westside Kia for service, EVER!! The guy at the service desk, Russ, is the rudest, most dishonest, and disrespectful person I have ever met. I am not the kind of person that gets mad very often, but today was the last straw and I am furious! I would write about all of the instances that occurred, but it would take way too long... Bottom line: NEVER EVER EVER GO THERE!!!
