Service would be much improved if it included onsite car wash. Driving to another location with limited hours of operation is a nuisance. Also technicians often forget to reset the oil change meter requiring another trip. more

I have 3 Cars-In last 4 months I have purchased 2 tires or each. I notice today when I got home no Ending Miles listed on my invoice. I went our in 14 degree weather to get my ending miles for my records. Your Email tonight has the ending miles on your records, but did not get inputed on my invoice #63421 of 12/06/13 more

the guys do a good job of taking care of our cars. The let you know what is going on and why work needs to be done. Once they even told me the work that an older car needed probably wasn't a good idea because of the value of the car more

Service is excellent, which includes very good mechanical workmanship and personal attitude. Was especially grateful that someone was willing to take me home when you needed my car for most of the day. You are the only ones who have performed mechanical work on my car since I bought it at the end of 2004. Keep it up!!! more
