Extreme Long Wait 3/10/2014

I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change on my car at 8:00. Luckily I live right around the corner and could walk to my house. However my car wasn't ready for pick-up until 2:00 pm. I was not expecting it to take 6 hours for a simple oil change. Based on this I probably will not use your facility again. more

Westlink was able to take my car in for an urgent checkup before an unexpected trip. They got the work done quickly and probably save me from a bad accident or being stuck on the road. I appreciate their understanding and quality service! more

True Customer Service 2/27/2014

I had an issue with a battery that I had purchased around 2 years ago that had gone bad. I took it in expecting to have to get a new one. I was pleasantly surprised that they replaced it under the warranty at no cost. They could have pulled a fast one on me and I would have known no differently. Makes me feel like I can go back and not have to worry about getting good service. Thank you. more

F350, Rear Brake Work 1/18/2014

Good inspection of complete rear axle assembly and components. Excellent analysis with a fair recommendation for repair and cost. Work competed quickly. After picking up truck, next day bolt was missing from lower mount point of Brake Caliper. It was late on Friday, I called, they sent a guy up to my house to repair! Very happy with the way they handled that, you don't get that from a BIG Dealership! It's nice to see that kind of service again, kinda like the ol'days! more
