I have been using Westlink Auto for a year, a friend's dad has taken cars to him very long time! They are honest with their quotes, do only the work you authorize, and they know who you are when you walk in. Small town service in a big city! more

I went in for an oil change and have fluids checked. I was called a few hours later that the car was finished and they had checked everything out for me. The guys have always been very helpful and kind to me. more

No Customer Service when THEY mess something up 5/31/2015

SCHEDULED an appointment for new tires. Took 30min AFTER I arrived for the appointment to tell me they DID NOT have the tires in the shop....it would be noon before the next delivery would arrive with them. Told me an hour to change them. I would assume (since it was THERE mistake by not having the tires IN the store with a TWO day notice) that my car would be up and tires off WAITING for the delivery @ noon. I show up @ 1:20pm and my car is STILL sitting in the lot and they are eating lunch.....their response is "We'll get right too it" SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BY THEN! It was after 3:00pm before they called to say it was done. When picking up...there was NO SINCERE apology...just "pass the blame" game on an employee that WAS NOT EVEN in the store to defend himself. I was talking to the MANAGER and there was NOTHING he could do to make this up to me.....no discount...nothing! What should have been an hour out of my first day of summer with my girls was a whole day ruined! SO Disappointed in a place that was boasted as having amazing customer service more

Stands Behind Their Work 5/26/2015

One of my son's new tires got a flat less than 12 hours after it was put on. Tire was replaced, free of charge, the very next day! Thanks for standing behind your work!! :) more

There were technical issues with my last visit that were not due to this shop. The staff did a great job of keeping me informed and giving me the information I needed to make a difficult but correct call on abandoned part of the preventive maintenance. Thanks. more
