The people in the Service Dept are great.. Always friendly. I know they are really busy with all that is going on in Minot, but they still make me feel like an important customer. They have been taking care of my car for along time. The girls in the office are just sweethearts. Always smiling. Its nice to still find some small town service in Minot. more

Over the past 10 years, our Family has purchase several vehicles from Westlie Motor Co. In the past 2 years we have purchased 2 Nearly New Ford products and 2 New Ford Pickups. The Sales Personnel were very helpful in assisting us find the vehicle that met our individual needs. We have been very satisfied with the vehicles that we purchased. We have had our vehicles serviced regularly at the service department at Westlies. The days in Minot of same day service is probably over, but we call and schedule our service work when we need it and have no issues with getting our vehicle in for service in a timely manner at a fair price. They have worked with us to resolve any issues we may have had. The Courtesy Car Service has worked well for us. We drop off our vehicles and they bring us home, one call and they are at our door to pick us up to get our vehicle after service. Parking has improved in the service area since the larger pickups receive service at the Truck Center on the SE end of Minot. We have purchased tires at the Westlie Tire Center in the past couple years. We have been satisfied with the tires, the service and the price we were charged. I guess you can say we are satisfied customers! more

Everyone at Westlies is great.. from my salesperson who sold me my 2012 Escape.. to the crew down in service. I have purchased my past 5 vehicles there. As a women, finding a dealership you can trust is so important. Last week I had my oil changed and they even washed and vacuumed it. It looked so nice when I picked it up. Thanks westlies... more

Bought my new 2014 Escape about a month ago. Really like the new design. My old 2007 Escape didn't have Sync and the Sony System. Nice to be able to keep in touch on the road without reaching for the cell phone. Will be nice to take my trip south this year. Referred four friends to Westlie and they were all satisfied with their vehicles they bought. more

I brought my car to Westlie Motors to have my 2008 Ford Taurus Limited AWD. First occasion to was to have the computer replaced and they removed the dashboard to replace it. When they did that they manage to break the backlighting for the speedometer. The service manager Jerry told me that it wasn't "they're fault" and would be $2000 to fix it. They next time I came in which was about 6 months later the rack and pinion and steering pump went out. Had them replace both and they left a heavy squeaking noise in the steering wheel and I brought it in 2 times over to fix they're mistake. Both times I did they claimed it was fixed though it wasn't. Finally I took a trip to Michigan for work and stopped at a dealership in Iron Mountain and they fixed all they're mistakes for cheap. They found me a used dash board for $300 and fixed the steering alignment. Turns out the loud squeaking was from the mechanics not aligning it properly and Westlie also didn't program my computer to the car right getting rid of the engine lights. All of the cost for the repairs at this dealership was $450. No thanks to Westlie Motors. more

The prices are high, sales staff is rude. Will not ever shop there. It's worth making a tripe to Eide in Bismarck rather than deal with Westlie's. more

Good: They said what they would do, did what they said!. Bad: The parking for service is a bit limited.. Other: I have not purchased a vehicle from them, but when I had an issue with my 2005 F-350 / trailer brake set up, I never felt like I wasn’t as important as some one that has bought from them. The problem? I was pulling a 5th wheel trailer with an aftermarket trailer brake and was cutoff. What was brought to my attention very quickly was under hard braking (trailer brakes lock down) the brakes on truck are ABS (don’t lock down) thus it started jerking the trailer. Yes, Ford has a fix for this safety issue.. more
