I brought my car to Westlie Motors to have my 2008 Ford Taurus Limited AWD. First occasion to was to have the computer replaced and they removed the dashboard to replace it. When they did that they manage to break the backlighting for the speedometer. The service manager Jerry told me that it wasn't "they're fault" and would be $2000 to fix it. They next time I came in which was about 6 months later the rack and pinion and steering pump went out. Had them replace both and they left a heavy squeaking noise in the steering wheel and I brought it in 2 times over to fix they're mistake. Both times I did they claimed it was fixed though it wasn't. Finally I took a trip to Michigan for work and stopped at a dealership in Iron Mountain and they fixed all they're mistakes for cheap. They found me a used dash board for $300 and fixed the steering alignment. Turns out the loud squeaking was from the mechanics not aligning it properly and Westlie also didn't program my computer to the car right getting rid of the engine lights. All of the cost for the repairs at this dealership was $450. No thanks to Westlie Motors.
