Al was professional and thorough. He explained things well.

Worst

I got two estimates from pest control companies for what appeared to be a rat problem. Western's was about $100 less and they seemed to know more about how to abate the problem. ...

Always professional and punctual. My only complaint is that the paperwork usually indicates that spiderwebs are removed but this is definitely not the case. more

My experience with Western has been excellent. My service provider (I can't remember his name at this time) always gives me a call to let me know he is coming to the property. I have been a customer since the founder started the business: My grandmother was his 3rd grade teacher; my parents bought apartments and used Western Exterminator and I followed in their footsteps. Always good people in the offices to work with when ever a renter found a bug. Zap and it was history. We even had a bed bug episode. The guys identified it and we got rid of them. Had issues for fleas due to a stray cat problem. Chris did a first run and came back to do inside and check out doors and sprayed again. Very much appreciated . Follow up service will be very welcome to assure we have this under control . Was very pleased to get this extra service. more

your service for termite infestation (subterranean)was excellent, fast, clean, hopefully thorough. Only time will tell. Your followup on dry rot replacement never happened even though I called twice. Someone else did that part of the job. more
