Dr. Newtons is an..ok doctor..my experience wasn't awesome..a doctor just like all the other ones..nothing special..but her assistant..oh she is SO RUDE!!!I didn't say anything to her /i wonder how i could keep my mouth shut after the way she behaved/..but girl..if you have a problem-just fix it home then come to work !!if you choose to go to Dr.Newton's ..be ready for her uneducated, rude, unprofessional assistant ..whatever her name is. I first was sent to West valley because i became prego with twins and that was were my insurance sent me. My doc. is Dr. Newton and she is absolutely wondeful shes quick, knows the answer too almost all of my questions she delivered my twins, and i didnt even need a C-Section =] her office staff can sometimes be a little off but for the most they are awesome too!.... i would definatley recommend you going there. =] Pros: Wonderful Doctors, and short waittime Cons: parking...its a littel crowded more

I am currently pregnant, and was seeing Dr. Zak. My first visit everything went okay, and I thought she was going to be a good doctor. On my second visit however, she was VERY rude, she yelled at me for not getting my tests done, even though the slip she gave me said I still had a week to get it done, she didn't believe me when I told her about certain things I was feeling, and when I asked her questions she was answering me like I was stupid. I will not go back to this place, that's for sure! more

Dr. Newton has to be one of the best OB/GYN doctors in the valley! I found her randomly and decided to give her a try for my mentally handicap sister. Dr. Newton is EXCELLENT with lil sis. She treats her so well, answers any and all questions (even if they're off the wall) and really goes out of her way to make my sister feel important. Her staff is just as friendly and courteous! If you read about that other doctor that gave that woman a horrible first mom experience, DEFINITELY GIVE DR. NEWTON A TRY! I highly recommend West Valley Women's Care, Dr. Liu in particular. I tried a bunch of different outfits (more than 3!) when I came out here years ago and I was thoroughly unimpressed. I called UMC to get a referral for a decent GYN, figuring that a university-run hospital would be up on who's who about town. Dr. Liu was one of the recommendations and I am so thankful I got that referral! I left my old gyno because my insurance changed. I LOVE my old gyno she delivered my babies. But West Valley is very nice. I was in and out unlike my old place. The doctor was very nice to me and made me feel very comfortable. They call back with results as soon as they get them. Nice staff. Pros: not a long wait Cons: parking is small more

I have been in the medical field for over 9 years. Not once had I experienced office staff like the staff here! They are very rude and have no regard to a woman's needs. LAZY is a good word to describe the women at West Valley Women's Care. I went to this place, with a very serious problem! All to be turned away because they did not feel like holding on to verify my insureance. I was never given the option to pay for a regular office visit. I was told that my insureance company was closed on a Friday, at 10:30 am!!!! I left out of the office, called my insureance company (that WAS open) and filed a complaint! Later I spoke with the office manager, who couldn't have cared LESS about my ordeal!!!! Never, Never, Never, again!!!!!!! Pros: air conditioning Cons: Bad parking...Horrible staff more
