I have been in the medical field for over 9 years. Not once had I experienced office staff like the staff here! They are very rude and have no regard to a woman's needs. LAZY is a good word to describe the women at West Valley Women's Care. I went to this place, with a very serious problem! All to be turned away because they did not feel like holding on to verify my insureance. I was never given the option to pay for a regular office visit. I was told that my insureance company was closed on a Friday, at 10:30 am!!!! I left out of the office, called my insureance company (that WAS open) and filed a complaint! Later I spoke with the office manager, who couldn't have cared LESS about my ordeal!!!! Never, Never, Never, again!!!!!!!
