Checked out non-functioning and leaking all-in-one LG washer/dryer. Found faulty water pump and cracked hose. Replaced water pump but didn't have hose, so returned 2 days later to install new hose.\r Member Comments: Read reviews I called at opening time on Monday morning and the phone was answered almost immediately by the owner. He knew what the problem was based on my description and the type of machine, and set an appointment for Oscar to come out next day (Tuesday) at 2:30 pm.\r Next day, tech called to ask if he could come over at 1:45 instead, which worked great for me. He arrived on time with a co-worker, checked out the machine and found that the water pump wasn't working and a hose was broken. Technician replaced the pump but didn't have the hose and mentioned that it was on order with the manufacturer. He tried to install a universal hose instead but it didn't fit properly, so he said he would schedule a return visit as soon as it was in. I let him know that I needed the machine by Thursday because I was heading out of town Thursday afternoon, and the technician said he would do his best. He also didn't ask for payment even though I mentioned it, saying he would get it on his return visit.\r I got a text late Wednesday evening (next day) saying the hose was in and can they come over to install it at 9:30 am Thursday. I texted back to set the appointment and they confirmed. Technician arrived on time Thursday and spent about 45 minutes installing the hose and testing the machine. The bill came in about what I expected and the machine works great. more

We are residents of Culver City and we are pleased to write a review for this exceptional company.\r We had a commercial dryer that was making a lot of noise. (Speed Queen model) \r The drum roll needed to be replaced. I called him and let him know the make and model, he gave me two possible problems and a price. We scheduled for next day repair. Our building manager noted that he was at the bldg. on time and he was quick and efficient. Once he had determined that the rollers needed to be replaced on the drum he said fifteen minutes and was done in less than twenty. This one is a keeper! more

My washing machine stopped working and I couldn't figure out why. He arrived promptly and was able to tell me immediately that the problem was the switch triggered by the lid. He also noticed a problem with the agitator that I had been unaware of - but once he pointed it out, I realized that he was right because the problem he described that would be caused by the agitator not working right had in fact been happening (I had just chalked it up to it being a very old machine). He was able to fix the agitator also, and for a very reasonable price. He also told me a couple of things I should be doing differently to prolong the life of this old washing machine, which I really appreciated. It was an A+ experience! more

This the type of company you would expect in a small town where everyone is your neighbor and your friend. I called to have my clothes washer repaired and David, trying to save me money (imagine THAT in Los Angeles) suggested a temporary fix using Washer Magic. Unfortunately this didn't work. The type of washer I have is under-the-counter and isn't made any more and can not be replaced, so David ordered all the parts and with his crew came to my home, dislodged the machine from under the counter and re- built the entire machine so it woks like new! He still has a minor amount of work to do on it but he told me it will be covered. He is neat, on time, responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. The price was ridiculously reasonable. He and his company restored my faith in the repair community and I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. He does himself, the industry, and the City of Santa Monica proud!!!! more
