I was in a car accident about six months ago where basically the whole front side of my car was shambled. I came to this center and they did the job in a decent amount of time. There was a section right next to my headlight where it wasn’t put in properly, so one of the workers just put a retainer saying it would do the job. Fast forward to a few months ago, while I was reversing out of my parking lot, I heard a big noise, and it was my bumper cover which just completely popped out of the car. I hadn't hit anything so I assumed it could have been a malfunction when the car was fixed. I got it towed to the center, and before Mr. Argo could even see the car he was very skeptical. After seeing the car, he said that I hit something very hard, and called me a ""bold faced liar"" and just started criticizing me. They checked the car the next day and told me I would have to pay again for them to put the bumper back in place. And he just wouldn’t take my word on it. So I just agreed and payed Mr.Argo and he put it back together. And now fast forward to a few days ago, my front is shaking; it looks like it could fall anytime. And other pieces around the car are loose. The screws looked as if they were glued in and not put in properly. I would call these people again, but I’m so fed up and they probably would just put another temporary band aid on it.\r
My advice, if you must go to this center, which I wouldn’t again: after they finish the job, check every detail of the car because once it’s out of the lot, Mr. Argo will throw everything but the kitchen sink before he admits it was a mistake from their service. Check every screw and area because things are probably loose. Mr. Argo only cares about money and not his customers. Especially if you’re a college student from USC, he is very disrespectful. If you can find another place, I would recommend it. Thanks.\r
