I brought my car to WC collision on the assurance that my deductible will be waived and that my car will be repaired in accordance with the insurance estimate.
The owner used recycled parts on my car instead of new (as the estimate called for) and became hostile when I confronted him about the mistake.
I'd rather work with reputable business that stands behind their promises with no hidden gimmicks. West Columbia Collision is not one of them!
Pros: competent repair
