It was that time again to spend time going around the car dealerships to find a good quality used car. We had been to three dealerships all wasting your time and only interested in selling new then we went to Wesley Chapel Toyota and meet Andy Ghelfi our salesman. We told what we were looking for and price we wanted to pay he took us over to were these cars were and we selected the one we like and he got the keys and took it for a run, we decided to buy Andy looked after us very well indeed and we drove home with the car. I had a second opportunity to work with chris towards getting me into my second toyota camry. Chris made my dreams come true the first time he got me into my 2015 toyota camry. Let me start by stating that my wife and I went to five dealerships before coming to Toyota. I assumed that it would be difficult to afford a Toyota due to there reputation of reliability. I was wrong. As I said I went through the process five times before, So we also had the experience with the pushy dealers. This was not the case with Luis Delgado. I told him what we wanted and was able to show us a great car for our family. He was not pushy at all, listened to what we wanted and did not try to sell us something we did not want or out of my price range. despite our trade in value. I was able to stay at my same payment but get into new a car, four years newer with warranties. more

I had the most amazing car buying experience with TONY SNYDER from Wesley Chapel Honda.\r \r We initially walked in just looking to compare a honda pilot to a toyota highlander. I had just come from the Toyota lot and loved driving the highlander and it's features.\r \r Tony picked us up at the door and showed us a floor model. We test drove a pilot and it was phenomenal! We went home to think it over, and went back 2 days later to purchase it.\r \r We loved Tony's personality, down to earth, hilarious, and somewhat sarcastic. He is also knowledgeable about cars in great detail. He gives his honest opinion about different makes, models, bells, whistles...And he listens to what is important to you. He never tried to ""upsale"" me or pressure me into buying. As a female, that respectful attitude is very important.\r \r The finance counsellor, Wes was also awesome. No ""upselling"" for unnecessary warranties based upon our vehicle history and usage. He also helped us calculate the best financing options for us.\r \r I don't plan on buying another car in the next couple of years, but when I'm ready, I'l definitely call TONY SNYDER!!! more
