With our past experiences with other dealerships within the same company of Toyota and eight vehicles purchased, along with the competitors during the purchasing processes, which this was by far the upmost respectable experience we encountered. My wife Idanis and I came in on a Saturday evening just wanting to get an idea of the Camry and features it offered, but our sales person Michael Grega made us feel like family and spent all the time needed even past his scheduled shift to ensure our experience was memorable. Michael Grega went above and beyond to make us Wesley Chapel Toyota customers forever. more

Fantastic service and great prices. Valentino Mandarino was amazing and I highly recommend him. He met our needs and made the entire experience amazing. I will be back!\r \r Well we came back. I recently purchased a 2018 Camry from this dealership and had a great experience in doing so. Very nice facility and very helpful staff. I would like to thank Johnny Millaway for allowing me to take an extensive test drive in the Camry and for answering all questions that I had. I would also like to thank him for helping me to get set up in the new Camry. If you're in the market for a new Camry or any Toyota vehicle, I definitely recommend both this dealership and setting up an appointment with Johnny. more

Mr. Waseam Khalaf is an exceptional Sales person who presents himself with grace, and kindness in a most professional manner, so that a customer feels their interests are being met with the highest standards. Mr. Khalaf discussed the features of the Toyota vehicles in a way that I could understand, and the options that were befitting my finiancial situation appropriately. If I had one word to describe Mr. Khalaf, the word would be ""excellence,"" as I left the Toyota dealership satisfied with my decision to lease a Toyota Tacoma, and will definitely lease my future Toyota vehicles with Mr. Waseam Khalaf as I felt he was my liaison, an attentive listener with immense intuition as to what my concerns were on the day of my purchase. Our salesman was awesome. Before we even finished signing he was on his was late in the afternoon driving all the way to Daytona to get us the only car of its kind in the state for us. Really went above and beyond. Super real and honest guy. My wife who hates going to look at cars loved the experience because of his person ability and easy to talk to manor. Highly recommend seeing Waseam! more

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent car buying experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota. Having researched trucks throughout the Tampa Bay Area, I decided that the Toyota Tacoma was the vehicle I had to have. From the moment I arrived at Wesley Chapel Toyota Waseam Khalaf addressed all my needs and concerns with purchasing a certified used Toyota vehicle. Not only did Waseam address all me needs and concerns but he was also went above and beyond with financing, showing me around the facility, and highlighting different reasons why others purchase from this dealership. Having bought a number of new and used cars in the past my overall experience in this purchase exceeded my own expectations, as I was in and out of the facility with a trade-in, financing, and a certified 2015 Tacoma in less than 3 hours. I have no problem recommending Waseam and the entire Toyota team with superior customer service and THE PLACE to buy a new or used vehicle in the Tampa Bay Area. Thanks for everything and I look forward to seeing y'all again soon. more

We stopped by Wesley Chapel of Toyota to find the ""perfect"" vehicle for our family. Waseam was not scheduled to work but had stopped in to drop something off. Since the other salesmen were busy with other customers, Waseam stepped in and assisted us. He didn't rush us and answered our MANY questions. Buying a new car is rarely a pleasant experience, but Waseam and Terry went above and beyond to take care of us without coming across as overbearing. We were in the middle of a move across country when our family minivan was hit and totaled on the highway. We needed to replace the family car and get back on the road as soon as possible. They searched local and out-of-state inventories to find a replacement that met our needs, and Waseam even flew out-of-state to drive the vehicle to us the next day. Both men were very kind and sympathetic to our needs and catered to us to make the experience as pleasant as possible (impressing even all 5 kids - who really enjoyed the cookies). And it appears our patronage with the dealership and friendship will persist beyond this one purchase. more

This time our salesman Harry Whitaker was absolutely sensational and followed up with us for over a year before we were finally able to find a vehicle that we loved and could afford earlier today.
