Mr. Waseam Khalaf is an exceptional Sales person who presents himself with grace, and kindness in a most professional manner, so that a customer feels their interests are being met with the highest standards. Mr. Khalaf discussed the features of the Toyota vehicles in a way that I could understand, and the options that were befitting my finiancial situation appropriately. If I had one word to describe Mr. Khalaf, the word would be ""excellence,"" as I left the Toyota dealership satisfied with my decision to lease a Toyota Tacoma, and will definitely lease my future Toyota vehicles with Mr. Waseam Khalaf as I felt he was my liaison, an attentive listener with immense intuition as to what my concerns were on the day of my purchase. Mr. Waseam Khalaf customer service is outstanding, diligent, and sincere, as I consider him an asset to any company, and would hire him, work with him and will do Toyota business with him in the future.
