Excellent Move Experience 10/14/2010

I contacted Werner for a corporate move from Tampa to Dallas. Within 3 days I had a an on-site quote that provided the greatest value out of 4 other bidders and was ready to schedule. The packers were 100% professional and took great care to ensure that all our belongings were treated with the utmost care. The moving crew and driver were also pros as they covered our wood and travertine floors, railings and walls with protective coverings and worked hard from the time they showed up until they left at night for 2 straight days. The move went off without a single issue which I equate the the people that were involved. I would hightly recommend Werner Donaldson to anyone looking for a quality moving company. more

Good: Everything you did; from the estimate to the actual move. Our movers did an excellent job; very friendly - worked so very hard and made; what was an anxious day into one of success! Hat's off to the guys that moved our entire company; they never stopped until the work was done, never hesitated in any requests. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Werner Donaldson Moving Service!. Bad: Nothing - we were more than pleased with everything.. Werner Donaldson Moving Service did an excellent job packing my belongings and moving them into storage. They were quick and thorough. I was very satisfied with the quality of the the packing job. My belongings are safely wrapped and securely stored. Thanks especially to Mike and Steve who worked on both days. more

Excellent Customer Service 9/23/2010

The Hillsborough County Health Dept. Immunization Division moved to a new location and was serviced by Werner Donaldson Moving Service. I found the manager Garner Willis and his crew to be very efficient, professional, and flexible. The team made the move go smoothly. Nothing was lost or broken in the process. My thanks to the entire crew. more

As stress-free as possible 8/11/2010

Hats-off to Willie and Lamar. They made the experience very enjoyable. They are easy to get along with and joke with - which helps to ease the stress of moving. Mike and Reggie showed up later in the day to help with loading the truck and moving the furniture. Everything was efficient, and NO damage to the property or to the house! Werner Donaldson Takes the Stress Out of Moving 7/19/2010

The staff at Werner Donaldson did an excellent job moving our office. Ken came in and assessed the office and was confident that it could be done where other companies I got quotes from seemed intimidated by the time frame and items that needed to be moved. The day of the move they came on time, were professional, helpful, efficient and even moved a very valuable glass top table without a scratch! I would recommend Werner Donaldson to anyone who has a move planned. Thank you Garner, Big Al and all the other guys! You made my life a lot less stressful :) more

Best Movers Around 7/13/2010

As the Executive Director of a non-profit arts organization, coordinating the transportation of highly valuable artwork is one of my main logistical concerns. Our experience working with Werner Donaldson was absolutely fabulous! Their staff was professional and attentive and their management was honest and forthright. COMPLEX I.T. MOVE!!! 5/27/2010

From the initial walk through to final clean up, it was complete professionalism and manners all the way...not just from Garner but his crew as well. I finally asked them to stop saying yes ma'am, b/c I'm too young for ma'am, and manners like this don't come from "moving" companies. We also had changes, last minute pick- ups, to ooh ya, we forgot to add this, not once, but every single time I heard "No Problem". We are talking pickups from 4 different locations, and it was always, "No Problem" If you are truly looking for a "Professional" moving company for the "Right" price, you would be crazy not to give Werner Donaldson a try. On time, Professional and the biggest reason, the right price. more

Worry Free 5/18/2010

A great experience relocating our office. From our initial phone call to the loading of the trucks we were put at ease that everything would be taken care of and it was. Ken reassured me not to worry about anything and on move day Garner Willis continued that reassurance. They were both 100% correct. A very experienced crew showed up on time and got right to it. I was very impressed on the detail they went through to assure that nothing would be damaged, not the freight or the office building itself.
