\r \r \r \r I had a new faucet steams replaced. On Jan.7,2011 .\r Two months later my faucets in my tub was still leaking.\r I tried to call this company and the phone number was disconnected. I payed. $360.00. I had a 2 year warranty on the service but I never got any money or service after that. Please check out all companies before you wright a check for payment. This company may be out of business for all I know. We paid them over $5,000 to connect our sewer, and they never did the work, and won't return calls. We've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Fortunately we paid with credit card so we were able to recover our money, but others probably weren't so lucky. For several months they were responding to calls and they'd always say something like, ""The weather has been bad but we'll be starting next week."" After about 3 months of that they stopped returning calls altogether. more

I would never recommend this company. The owner is a used car salesman and will tell you what you want to hear. They low-balled the bid to get the work then upped the price and cut corners. They offered a $150 credit for additional work and did not honor it. I had to pay another plumber to correct the problems Wentworth caused. There are too many other companies wanting your business to deal with this group. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and Metro Codes. more

The plumber that came to my house was great, very helpful! If I owned a plumbing company I'd steal him! more

Wentworth Plumbing installed our sewer connection and not only were we pleased with the work they did, but they were so courteous and professional. We had such an awesome experience, that as a gift of gratitude for our business, the owner sent us a $50 gift certificate to our favorite restaurant. We certainly enjoyed that and appreciate the thoughtfulness. We have referred all of our neighbors to use Wentworth for any needs they might have too! more

Wentworth was suggested to me by a friend and I have now used them twice. My experience has always been great and the price was about right, just what I had expected to pay. more

Original contact, prompt and professional. Wentworth insisted that all public utilities ""sign off"" on digging before then would begin. That's professional. Workers were competent, courteous, both military veterans, worked with industry for long hours and did not leave until the job was done at 6:30 p.m. Wentworth did a fine job of repair; Tom Smythe Plumbing never contacted me. Total HVAC & Plumbing sent a ""rough & tumble"" guy who did not perform a thorough investigation of the problem and called me with an ""estimate"" that was 300% higher than Wentworth. I would recommend Wentworth to others Pros: Cheaper than others more

Our sewer installation job was completely finished in one day! The work crew was courtious and knowledgable. The trench dug in the yard was very narrow and filled in completely, nice and neat. Workers had to take up a small fence to work in the area and they replaced it perfectly! THANKS :) Pros: Everyone so courtious and knowledgable more

I needed a plumber for an extreme emergency, sewage backing up into my tub. It was after business hours and some companies were not interested in doing the job but James from Wentworth plumbing was able and willing to come to my home. He explained to me what the problem was and gave me a price before he did the work which was something I appreciated so I knew what I was getting myself into. He explained the problem in terms I could understand and proficiently told me how he was going to fix it. I am used to being talked to in a condescending manner service people because I'm a woman but James was so friendly I'd want to have a beer with him. I recommend Wentworth plumbing to everyone I meet and tell them to ask for James by name. Pros: The technician didn't treat me like a moron Cons: The technician can't keep all the money. more

We called Wentworth Plumbing when we were in an emergency situation with our plumbing and not only were they quick to come out to where we live (which is not that close to town), they showed up ready, willing and able to work and fix the problem- on the spot- with smiles on their faces and no hassles at all! We would recommend them to anyone. There's a reason why they've been in business for so many years and why they are considered the best there is. They can do it all and they helped us so kindly and with such professionalism. They really are the best! We're glad we found them! Pros: They go above and beyond and came to help us on the spot!
