Original contact, prompt and professional. Wentworth insisted that all public utilities ""sign off"" on digging before then would begin. That's professional. Workers were competent, courteous, both military veterans, worked with industry for long hours and did not leave until the job was done at 6:30 p.m. Wentworth did a fine job of repair; Tom Smythe Plumbing never contacted me. Total HVAC & Plumbing sent a ""rough & tumble"" guy who did not perform a thorough investigation of the problem and called me with an ""estimate"" that was 300% higher than Wentworth. I would recommend Wentworth to others
