Never get brakes done here! 12/9/2006

I had a bad experience with brakes that were installed at Wentworth. The replacement rotors warped within a few months, which they charged me to fix though I insisted that my driving routine/habits had not changed. They warped shortly after, and are now requiring further repair. The brake pads lasted two months beyond the 1 year warranty period, which is shameful compared to other brake service shops, which offer a lifetime or at least a three year warranty for brakes and service for less cost. I've had much better experience at other brake shops, and I will never return to Wentworth for brake service. more

excellent customer service 11/6/2005

I needed a small $7 part for my car. I went to many places who couldn't or wouldn't help me find exactly which piece to buy. The assistant parts manager Kent Howarth at Wentworth took the time to go over the diagrams with me , asked specific questions, and ordered the correct part. Although they gave me an estimate of a week, it arrived in two days. After I picked it up, someone from the parts depatment called to make sure I had recieved the correct part and that it fit and was what I needed. Their customer service was very good and detailed for just a seven dollar transaction. I have been recommending them to all my friends more

We bought our last vehicle at Wentworth and they were just awesome. They worked with us on the financing and everything else we needed. They brought the price down so we could afford it. more

Service Dept. Gets My Vote 11/20/2002

I've had my car in a few times now and twice they have managed to find and fix the source of some obscure noises in my car. Past experience with other cars/noises and dealerships has left me apprehensive about wasting the time, but not at Wentworth. more
