I've found my go-to pool repair company. When I called them and explained my problem, they got back to me very quickly. I was very impressed that they were able to come out the next day because I had run into trouble finding any big name pool repair businesses that were willing to come to Palatka. When they arrived, they diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. It costed a lot less than I anticipated and it was just overall a great experience. Noah was the technician that I had the pleasure of working with and he was very polite, helpful, and professional. I haven't had any problems with my pool since he replaced the part that had broken. He also went out of his way to do a thorough clean of my equipment. He gave me some information on how to save money on my water solution system. I was very pleased with his workmanship and would strongly recommend Welton Pool & Spa. more

Welton Pool & Spa has done a variety of things like replacing a pump and some other items in the hot tub we have. They're very prompt, efficient, and seem to be fairly priced. They do what they say they're going to do. I have other choices in the area but they don't measure up to Welton. more

Welton's been doing fix-it's and upgrades to my hot tub for a while. The last time I had a problem with a component they previously installed and they came right out and replaced it. They are prompt, they let you know when they're coming out, what the deal is, what they find, and they're in and out quick. They get the job done! more

Welton Pool & Spa Svc Inc. installed a new pump, filter, heater and digital controls for me. It was my first time using them, and I'm very happy. They were responsive, punctual and reliable nice guys. Noah is a really great guy, and I'm already thinking of things for them to come back and do. more

We were very happy with the service at Welton Pool & Spa. They replaced two pumps for a spa heater and also installed a cover, so it was a substantial amount of work we had them do. The installers were courteous and arrived at the time they said they were going to. We were very pleased with the quality of their work. Our only problem was with the company that they ordered the cover from, but this was in no way a reflection of Welton's service. From the time we placed our order, it took at least two weeks for them to get it all installed. They had to order the parts, so that took one week. Then, there was a delay in the delivery of the cover, so that took another week. When the installers came, they actually still didn't have the cover, so it was really the company they ordered from that caused the delay. We will see if the pumps and heater hold up over time. They gave us a two-year warranty, which is a big difference from the previous spa service company we worked with that only gave us a ninety-day warranty. When we researched Welton, we really wanted to make sure that we were getting new pumps installed and not refurbished ones. Overall, we were very pleased, and we would definitely do business with Welton Pool & Spa again. more

The pool pump was making a really loud noise so I called Welton Pool & Spa after 5 o'clock and got a call back the next morning ten minutes after 8. They sent someone out almost immediately and they told me the bearings were bad so it had to be replaced. They immediately replaced it with a better bump at what I consider a good value price. more

Welton Pool & Spa Svc Inc. was very prompt and I was impressed with the work that they did. I had a spa that needed to be moved. They came very promptly, were very efficient in moving the spa, and cleaned up after themselves. Afterwards I didn't have anything to do! Their customer service was very good. I enjoyed talking to the workers who came out to my house. They were very friendly and courteous. What more can I say? If you want somebody to do a repair on a spa or a pool, I would recommend going with them. more

It's looking great! I haven't had a repair done in a long time and we didn't have any other estimates, so I can't say too much about Welton Pool & Spa's pricing, but the job they did was fantastic. They replaced a motor for us. I think it was a jet that had burnt out. They came in and it all went very well. It was fine. They did a very good job and were very thorough. They were very consistent with what they said they were going to do, also. I think it was amazing that I called them and within 24 hours they came, the job was done, and he did it right. So I would recommend them. He had all of the equipment available to repair it on site. They had pumps on the truck, which is nice, because sometimes companies will tell you it's going take two or three trips to get everything done. more

Welton Pool and Spa installed a new motor for my spa. They did it quickly and at a reasonable price. It's running awesome! I would absolutely use them again and recommend them. more

I've been a customer of Welton Pool and Spa for about 5 years at least, as long as I've had my spa. My pump was leaking and he took the panel off and tightened the fitting. $80 for tightening a fitting was a little much. They're handy. The young man is the son of the owner and pretty much knows what he is doing. more

Welton Pool and Spa installed an ozonator in my pool. The interaction with their people was fine. They were very communicative and were on time. The installation was fine. The only thing was they quoted me about $225 and then it was $342 when it was all said and done. They do what they say their going to do and are on time. more
