We were very happy with the service at Welton Pool & Spa. They replaced two pumps for a spa heater and also installed a cover, so it was a substantial amount of work we had them do. The installers were courteous and arrived at the time they said they were going to. We were very pleased with the quality of their work.
Our only problem was with the company that they ordered the cover from, but this was in no way a reflection of Welton's service. From the time we placed our order, it took at least two weeks for them to get it all installed. They had to order the parts, so that took one week. Then, there was a delay in the delivery of the cover, so that took another week. When the installers came, they actually still didn't have the cover, so it was really the company they ordered from that caused the delay.
We will see if the pumps and heater hold up over time. They gave us a two-year warranty, which is a big difference from the previous spa service company we worked with that only gave us a ninety-day warranty. When we researched Welton, we really wanted to make sure that we were getting new pumps installed and not refurbished ones.
Overall, we were very pleased, and we would definitely do business with Welton Pool & Spa again.
