Quick to respond, fast and efficient. 5/15/2013

I have a spa that's been down for a couple of years due to a circuit board issue. I hadn't done anything about it for fear that I would have the get a whole new hot tub. Since it's built into the deck, it would have cost me $14-15,000. Finally, someone referred me to Welton Pool & Spa Service and I called them up. He came down and we made an agreement- I would buy all the parts and he would install them. We got a new circuit board and a new in-line heater, instead of the heat exchanger. It seems to be working fine. more

I am a property manager and I hired Welton Pool & Spa Service. They went to the property, checked it, replaced it, and were done within a couple of days. It was fine. As far as I know, there were no complaints from the tenants. If there was a problem, I would have heard about it. more

Professional, courteous, prompt, & knowledgeable. 4/11/2013

I was so impressed with Welton Pool & Spa. They were just really good. I was dealing with some other companies at the time as well and it was a mess. When I started working with Welton, I thought, "Now that's what I'm talking about". They knocked at the door and when I answered, they handed me a card and shook my hand. They were very polite and professional. The work they did was good. They always answer the phone or return my calls. They are actually coming back to fix some problems the other companies made. They are a good, professional company. more

Fast, efficient and good value 3/25/2013

We had Welton re-furbish an in ground pool that had no pumps or filters. They cleaned it out and installed new equipment within just a couple of days. It went from dark and grungy to clear and inviting virtually overnight. I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did. more

We had used Welton Pool and Spa the first time a few years ago. Mr. Welton was very pleasant efficient, and reasonable. We needed an different repair and Noah came to our home. Noah was awesome! He fixed us up quickly and cleaned up after himself. We love the attention we get from this company. Definitely will tell everyone who asks. more

My dealings with Welton Pool and Spa have always been satisfactory. They respond in a timely manner, offer recommendations for repair and suggestions for better maintenance and give good value for their service no matter the size of the job. more
