Doctors are good, but front desk personnel are the complete opposite of what you would expect. We try to get in the line to talk to he brown hair lady and not the 60+ blonde lady (she is rude and I think she hates animals). After putting up with them for 15+ years, we finally made the move. Front office personnel being nice to customers are just as important as the doctors being nice. Keeping the owner happy and feeling like they care makes things so much better. I think thats why my animals always tried to run from that vet shop, the mean ol' lady. After we went on Facebook with this, sooo many people said the same thing and she was the reason we left too. really weird, must be owner's mother and she has to stay. I think she worked at a woman's prisonor a animal crematory based on her love for people and animals. more

Dr. Thomas has been our vet for many years and has always provided our pets with the highest level of care. One of our rescue pups came to us with kennel cough and developed a severe upper respiratory infection that required hospitalization with isolation. While she was there she was also found to have Parvo that had been contracted in the shelter she had been in. It is amazing that she survived either of these, but today she is a healthy, happy little girl with no residual problems. We highly recommend Dr Thomas and Wellspring Animal Hospital. more

We boarded our full-blooded German Shepherd with Wellspring Animal Hospital last year when we went on vacation. We will NEVER make that mistake again! She came home without her collar, leash or food pail! She had lost so much weight that her ribs were showing! None of her food had been used...I do not recommend this Animal Hospital to anyone!! more

I will always use Dr. Thomas and Dr. Amos. Unfortunately I recetently had to use them for my dog in an emergency. I took my dog to the family vet, who charged me an outragous amount, just to tell me my dog was going to die. I then took my dog to Wellspring. They were completely professional and treated my dog like she was part of their family. They treated her and released her with a clean bill of health. She is still doing good to this day and acts more like a puppy everyday! I am so glad I got a second opinion and found Wellspring. We now take all our animals to them. more

I love Dr. Thomas! We've been using her for over 12 years. She is the most caring vet I have ever known and I've known plenty. She goes above and beyond her call of duty. She's very knowledgeable and I, my husband, daughter and kitty and dog children love her! Dr. Thomas ROCKS! more

Wellspring Animal Hospital is a wonderfully professional and caring animal hospital. Dr. Thomas has been my animal's veteranarian since 1996 and I have always been pleased and reccommend her highly. She is caring and patient, she will explain all possible options when treating your pet. The staff and veteranarians at Wellspring are current on current treatments, technology and pharmacuticals. more

Dr. Thomas treats all 5 of our cats. I've followed her from other practices where she worked prior to starting her own practice and find she has an impressive knowledge as well as a caring attitude. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good vet. more

Dr. Thomas is the most caring and knowledgeable vet we have ever seen. Our 8 yr old son's dog became very ill last year - she was extremely caring and gentle with both our dog and our son. Macy is a now thriving and energetic 2 year old dog and there is no vet better in our eyes. Our son still talks about how Dr.Thomas saved Macy's life. We are very thankful for her and her practice. more

As far as I am concerned, this hospital is nowhere near qualified enough to care for my pets! I've had one too many bad experiences, and I care way too much about my animals to risk taking them back to this place. more

I found out after taking my pet in to be spayed at this animal hospital that the employees, while seemingly professional, have no clue what they are doing! I'd rather not mention details, but the services here are nowhere near satisfactory! more
