Doctors are good, but front desk personnel are the complete opposite of what you would expect. We try to get in the line to talk to he brown hair lady and not the 60+ blonde lady (she is rude and I think she hates animals). After putting up with them for 15+ years, we finally made the move. Front office personnel being nice to customers are just as important as the doctors being nice. Keeping the owner happy and feeling like they care makes things so much better. I think thats why my animals always tried to run from that vet shop, the mean ol' lady. After we went on Facebook with this, sooo many people said the same thing and she was the reason we left too. really weird, must be owner's mother and she has to stay. I think she worked at a woman's prisonor a animal crematory based on her love for people and animals.
