Wells Fargo Bank

My credit is in the upper 700's. No delinquents at all. Wells Fargo raised my interest rate on my credit card every month for 4 months. I got the run around when asking why and the reply was they can so they did. The CSR said it was a corporate decision. When I applied for an auto loan I wrote on the application that Wells Fargo NOT be used. The only way this bank would lower my interest rate was to open a business account with a $25,000 minimum. Like, sure, that was going to happen. This bank caters to businesses, not to the rest of us. Forget this bank. more

I'm sorry to say this but as an retired Wells employee, today 4/19/07 was the last straw! \r \r I tried to dispute a debit card charge for a motel room, that was rodent infested, in Flagstaff.. Wells said they could not help me.. Go figure huh? Where is the consumer protection here??\r \r Now with that said, today, I received a NSF statement for a debit over drafts that totaled $190, and Wells tacked on an additional $202.57 dollars in fees and service charges, thusly bring the $190 amount to $397.52. Part of the "service fees" was a $20.02 charge to move the money from my savings account to my checking. I wish I could make $20 a nano-second!\r \r If the money was not in my account, Wells should not of paid the debit charge. I did not ask them to pay it. I am old enough to understand the word "Denied" on the credit card machine! \r \r I was so mad I closed my account and took my business to another bank in Sun City, who does not have excessive trapdoor fees that reach the point of being cri more

This bank caters to the 55 and over population of Sun City Grand. They are very professional and are not afraid to do business for you even if you don't have an account with them. This does not happen often in the banking business more
