My credit is in the upper 700's. No delinquents at all. Wells Fargo raised my interest rate on my credit card every month for 4 months. I got the run around when asking why and the reply was they can so they did. The CSR said it was a corporate decision. When I applied for an auto loan I wrote on the application that Wells Fargo NOT be used. The only way this bank would lower my interest rate was to open a business account with a $25,000 minimum. Like, sure, that was going to happen. This bank caters to businesses, not to the rest of us. Forget this bank.
