I'm sorry to say this but as an retired Wells employee, today 4/19/07 was the last straw! \r

I tried to dispute a debit card charge for a motel room, that was rodent infested, in Flagstaff.. Wells said they could not help me.. Go figure huh? Where is the consumer protection here??\r

Now with that said, today, I received a NSF statement for a debit over drafts that totaled $190, and Wells tacked on an additional $202.57 dollars in fees and service charges, thusly bring the $190 amount to $397.52. Part of the "service fees" was a $20.02 charge to move the money from my savings account to my checking. I wish I could make $20 a nano-second!\r

If the money was not in my account, Wells should not of paid the debit charge. I did not ask them to pay it. I am old enough to understand the word "Denied" on the credit card machine! \r
