Best

I just moved in and I love my new place. The kitchen is spacious with tons of cabinets. I have my own laundry room that has extra room for even more storage.

Editorial review from Citysearch 9/29/2012

I just moved in last night and the neighborhood is super quiet. Probably the best sleep I have had in months. I just moved to Wellington Way from the Reynoldsburg area and even though it's only ten minutes from each other, it's such a huge difference. The moving process went very well. The office manager, Chris, went over the contract with me, went with me to ensure my apartment was up to par and pointed out where my mailbox and the trash dumpsters are located. The apartment was not only clean, but smelled wonderful. I haven't been able to find anything that needs repaired, which is rare when it comes to renting an apartment. more

I really love this place. I moved in a few weeks ago and have not had one issue. My apartment was spotless when I picked up the keys (which is sad that it's not always the case with most apartment complexes in Columbus) more

Great place to live in Gahanna area 12/21/2011

I just moved in two months ago and this is the best place that I have ever lived in the Columbus area. It's so close to everything; shopping, restaurants, freeway. It must be a good place, because I was on a small waiting list for an apartment and I haven't seen any empty apartments in my area. The apartment complex is pretty big, but it has a smaller feel to it. Very quiet, secluded away. Everyone seems friendly, two different neighbors offered to help us unload my moving truck, that's unheard of these days. The office manager, Chris, is super friendly and was there for me when I needed help getting cable put in my name. I haven't met the maintenance men, my place was clean and ready to go the second I picked up my keys, but they look busy working all the time. People actually wave to complete strangers here. Blows me away. The price is great, location is beyond great and the neighborhood is great too. So i guess you can tell I think it's ""great"" here. haha more

So quiet here 11/15/2011

I have lived here for about five months and love it. It's a pretty large apartment complex, but with all the trees and the way the buildings are situated, it feels very private. I rarely see any of my neighbors, but even better...I never hear them either. Both the guys in the office are super friendly. I have only had one thing go wrong in my apartment and it was fixed the very same day. I've never had service like that anywhere else I have ever lived. The rent is reasonable and it's super close to my job and any store that you could possibly need something from. I would recommend this place to anyone looking in the Gahanna/Easton area. more

Great place to live 6/8/2011

So far, this has been a great place to live! The complex has tons of trees and is very quiet. You can not beat the price in the area, because it is so close to Easton and my work, very convenient to expressways too. For the most part, the maintainence guys have been very fast and always polite. I've noticed a lot of changes since they got new people in the office too! more

Look Somewhere Else 5/10/2010

When I moved here, I thought this place had potential. Now I am more than happy to leave. The old wallpapering makes the walls seem dirty, and since it is wall papered and never replaced, you see nail holes and marks everywhere! The appliances in the apartment eat a major chunk of the electric bill because the are old and outdated. I see peoples gutters falling off their roofs and the water no longer going into the gutters, but they are never replaced. The old A/C heater thing triples your electric bill if you use it. I know people in all of the different apartments they offer and not a single person is satisfied with their apartments. That is a total of 8 people I talk to on a regular basis not happy with their homes. Do you want to add your self to that number? Pros: Beautiful trees, close to Easton Cons: Old, outdated, undermaintenced more
