I just moved in two months ago and this is the best place that I have ever lived in the Columbus area. It's so close to everything; shopping, restaurants, freeway.
It must be a good place, because I was on a small waiting list for an apartment and I haven't seen any empty apartments in my area.
The apartment complex is pretty big, but it has a smaller feel to it. Very quiet, secluded away. Everyone seems friendly, two different neighbors offered to help us unload my moving truck, that's unheard of these days.
The office manager, Chris, is super friendly and was there for me when I needed help getting cable put in my name. I haven't met the maintenance men, my place was clean and ready to go the second I picked up my keys, but they look busy working all the time. People actually wave to complete strangers here. Blows me away.
The price is great, location is beyond great and the neighborhood is great too. So i guess you can tell I think it's ""great"" here. haha
