Review content:
When I moved here, I thought this place had potential. Now I am more than happy to leave. The old wallpapering makes the walls seem dirty, and since it is wall papered and never replaced, you see nail holes and marks everywhere! The appliances in the apartment eat a major chunk of the electric bill because the are old and outdated. I see peoples gutters falling off their roofs and the water no longer going into the gutters, but they are never replaced. The old A/C heater thing triples your electric bill if you use it. I know people in all of the different apartments they offer and not a single person is satisfied with their apartments. That is a total of 8 people I talk to on a regular basis not happy with their homes. Do you want to add your self to that number?
Pros: Beautiful trees, close to Easton
Cons: Old, outdated, undermaintenced
