Do not go here. The staff is rude, they don't answer their phones and they will never get back to you. I needed a simple receipt to get reimbursed by my insurance company. I called three times during business hours and left a message on the machine that states they will call back within one hour. Never heard back. I even called back and pushed the selection to speak to the nurse just so I could speak to a live person, she asked the receptionist and said they would call me back. Never heard anything. Also, I showed up for an appointment to pick up something and get instructions, they hadn't received the equipment and never called me. I wasted three hours of my day driving there, waiting in the office for them to figure out what was going on and driving home. They couldn't seem to understand why I was upset. I let it go because I understand that mistakes happen but I cannot possibly go to a doctor's office if I can't get a hold of them. Health is a sensitive subject and when you are treated like you don't matter by the people who you are expecting to be caring for you, it isn't going to work out. I wish I had gone with my gut after my first interaction with the staff in this office and kept looking. more

Very disappointing!!!! Pregnant Ladies Beware! I have been a patient at this office for over a year, having gone for 1 annual exam. That service was fine. Now I am pregnant & WAS going to use this office for my OB care. NOT ANYMORE!! My 1st appointment was a ""nurse"" appointment, which was a joke. The nurse told me one thing & the handouts THEY gave me had completely different info on multiple different points (ie: whats safe to eat & whats not)! I got better and more accurate information from the internet weeks before they would even see me for the 1st time. Then, my lab work came back saying that I have a bladder infection. The nurse was annoyed and rude to me because I wanted to know what drugs they want me to take, as if its not my right to know. Then when I asked them to fax my lab results to my regular doctor the nurse was again rude & annoyed saying ""didn't we give you a Rx for that already?!"" Needless to say, if you want to be treated with respect, DO NOT go here. Oh & I still haven't seen a doctor and I'm 10weeks 4 days! Find yourself a different place to go if you want to be treated with respect & if you think you have a right to know what is going on with your care. I have an appointment with Cascade Midwives & Birth Center, because I want to be treated like a person & not a head of cattle! more

I had an apointment for 1st time there on Tuesday Feb. 14. I arrived more than 30 minutes at the clinic because after trying to fill out unsuccessfully their paper work online I called them to let them know that each time I tried to fill the forms, about half way through the site would freeze, and could not complete the rest. So they told me to be there early to fill the paper with their computer at the office. But when I arrived and asked to use the computer the receptionist told me that their computer system was down since a week and because of that they could not see me and turn me down.I couldn't believe they were doing that to me. I offered to fill the papers by hand but they told me that was not possible. I talked with the office manager and she told me that I was late to fill the paper and refuse my request to see the doctor. I was so upset this is the worst experience of my life in a clinic. You don't treat people like this. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. So because of the way they treated me I gave them a big ZERO RATING!!! more

If you are pregnant and you want to feel like the practice cares about you, don't go here. You will wait 15 minutes to simply talk to a receptionist. Then to find out that even though I have already had my pregnancy blood work done and pregnancy vaginal screening done, you still don't get to see a dr. right away. I had to wait 3 weeks to get in, and by that time am at almost 12 weeks, and finding out they wont even do a doppler or ultrasound on me that day. I have had very little symptoms. So I don't even know if I have a live baby inside. And, now, I still won't know until the 2nd visit, which by how busy they are will probably be another month until I can get it. I'm fed up. I'm going w/Snohomish Midwifery so I don't feel like a #. more
