I had an apointment for 1st time there on Tuesday Feb. 14. I arrived more than 30 minutes at the clinic because after trying to fill out unsuccessfully their paper work online I called them to let them know that each time I tried to fill the forms, about half way through the site would freeze, and could not complete the rest. So they told me to be there early to fill the paper with their computer at the office. But when I arrived and asked to use the computer the receptionist told me that their computer system was down since a week and because of that they could not see me and turn me down.I couldn't believe they were doing that to me. I offered to fill the papers by hand but they told me that was not possible. I talked with the office manager and she told me that I was late to fill the paper and refuse my request to see the doctor. I was so upset this is the worst experience of my life in a clinic. You don't treat people like this. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. So because of the way they treated me I gave them a big ZERO RATING!!!
