Review content:
Our two month old dishwasher gave an error code saying it could not pump out the dishwasher. Being under warrantee we called the dealer and the manufacturer, they sent us to Bob's. It took a week for the service call (normal I think in this trade), when he came out he said it needed a new pump, that would take a week. When he came out to install the pump he said he would not remove the dishwasher from the counter, that was the customer's responsibility (we paid to have it 'professionally' installed). He wanted no part of working with the floor tile (which had not been reinstalled since the dishwasher installation and were still loose). The dealer and the manufacturer suggested another repair company whose technician came out and found a plug in the drain hose! A proper diagnosis would have saved us two weeks of not having the unit working.
Cons: missed diagnosed simple problem, said removing unit from counter was customer responsibility
