I dreaded looking for carpet because of my living room furniture and all the different rooms. Cody was so pleasant when I met him. I told him the colors, he picked out eight samples and told me to lay them down in each room and step back and look at them. That night I knew I had found my carpet. He made it so simple. He said he was going to be in the area in two days and would stop in. I hadn't told him I wasn't planning on getting the one bedroom done because it isn't used. He started to measure it and said he would give me a price with it included and without. I decided to get it done. I am so glad I did it because it flows from one room to another. I was so pleased with Chad, Eric, and Corey. They introduced themselves and said good morning and asked how I was the three days they were there. They were so helpful with putting the furniture where I wanted it. They did a great job I would recommend Cody and Weckers to anyone looking for carpet. I recommended Cody the day after I ordered my carpet. I am so pleased with the color and installation. more

This was our second home purchase and our second time going with Weckers for our carpet installation. They are simply the best! Good honest pricing, pleasant and hard working. We even referred our friends and they shared a similar experience. more

From the moment I walked thru the door (which was actually before the showroom even opened) until our flooring was completed I was very satisfied. My salesperson was awesome and the installers were super they made sure everything was the way I wanted it to be! Will be putting in more flooring in the near future and Wecker's will be the only place I will need to go to shop! more

My husband and I weren't sure where to go for new hardwood flooring. The home center and the liquidator guys had good prices and we were thinking of doing that, but one of our neighbors said we should try Wecker's. When we walked in they had a whole big section of the store just devoted to hardwood and they had a warehouse side with what they had stocked and the prices, thickness, etc. on there. Our salesperson was very good and explained the differences in hardwood, what one cost more or less and what would be the best kind for the look we wanted, how often we used the room, etc. So we were pleased with that and decided to buy from Wecker's. But I was most happy with when they installed it, which was within a week and a half of when we bought and when they measured. One of the other stores gave us a price for moving furniture - Wecker's did it for FREE! We moved small stuff, but I never expected them to do that for free. It was their own guys who did the installation work and they were good with respecting our home and asking questions along the way to make sure it was what I wanted. We're planning on two more rooms in the next year or so and we'll be going back to Wecker's. Again for the price/quality and installation / follow up without extra costs, we were more than pleased with how they took care of us. more

I got flooded out here so I went in to Weckers. We looked around their selections and he gave me some pretty good ideas on what to use. He replaced my entire second floor and first floor with laminate and did my kitchen floor with two by two tile. It all looks really good. more

The 2 men who installed our carpet worked together well and were very concientious and precise in their work. They showed us some of the detailed work and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We are very happy! more

I was first impressed by Weckers Flooring Center when the guys came here and found a water leak in our sunroom. Some of the lumber underneath the area where we wanted new vinyl flooring was soft. They brought this to our attention, which I appreciated. They could have just covered it up and not said anything. I got someone to repair the leak and flooring underneath. I called Weckers Flooring again, and they really worked with me to get things scheduled as soon as possible. That was great of them to do. The installation itself looks really nice. more

I had a whole second floor and our stairs covered with new carpet. From the time we walked into Weckers Flooring Center to the finished product, they were helpful and courteous. The installers took good care of moving things for us and did a really good job. We had no problems at all. more

I have been using Weckers Flooring Center for several years now. Over the years, I have hired them to install a whole range of flooring for us. Their work is really good. I've had no problems with any of the sales people or the installers. I did have an issue with the most recent ceramic flooring they did for me in my living room though. The seaming looks a little wrong, and I'm a bit dissatisfied. I am waiting for the manufacturer or someone from the company to get back to me. I am a patient person, and I am also in flooring business also, so I understand that these things happen, but if I do make a complaint, I would hope it is heard. After all, I am putting good money into these projects. Also, they did a measurement for another room I need done, and they were supposed to send me an email with an estimate, and it seems they are being a bit lax with it this time around because it's taking them several days to get back to me. Other than these small issues, I have had a really good relationship with the company, and I would absolutely recommend their services. As for the problem with the flooring in your living room we have not stopped working on the claim. We have just recently been notified by the manufacturer that the problem with you floor is in fact a manufactures defect. We have been given the go ahead from the manufacturer to fix this problem. From start to finish, we had excellent customer service from knowledgeable salespeople and our installer was great. We plan on purchasing and installing carpeting from Wecker's in the near future. more

Weckers Flooring Center had carpet put in the living room, hallway, and three bedrooms. The hardwood flooring was put in the kitchen, dining room, foyer and downstairs bathroom. They came out and measured everything as well as helped us pick out the flooring and carpet. The guys who put in the flooring were great and the guys who put in the carpeting did a great job too. Wecker's Flooring Center has been out several times to our house. The last time they installed carpet in our living room. We had a little problem with a seam showing and they came out and fixed that right away. They did what they said they would do. Cleaned everything up. Everything turned out great. I would use them again if I had another project. I recommend Wecker's Flooring Center. more

Weckers Flooring Center is great! We put an 1,800 square foot addition on our house. They did ceramic tile flooring, ceramic in the bathrooms, and laminate flooring in some of the rooms as well. The installation went perfectly smooth without a hitch. They were on schedule and on time. We liked them so much we had them do the old part of the house as well. So they did 3,000 square feet for us altogether and it was great. They do excellent work and are reasonably priced. They were all nice guys and very pleasant to work with. They were knowledgeable and just got down to it, did their work, and got it done. They were all very friendly and we had no issues having them in our house. more

Dan from Weckers Flooring Center always does what he promises and shows up on time to get the job done. We changed from carpet to hardwood, and a lot of work had to be done on some of our steps to reformat them. He completed the job and made it look great. The price was fair, too. more

We have been using Weckers Flooring Center for the 15 years we've lived in this house. They are extremely customer-oriented with every project! We had flooring installed in our walk-in closet and our bathroom recently, and what impressed me was how they handled the border we have around the perimeter of the bathroom. Before starting the work, they took their time and discussed the border with us to make sure we got what WE wanted, instead of it being done how they wanted to do it. I really appreciate that kind of care! more
