I have been using Weckers Flooring Center for several years now. Over the years, I have hired them to install a whole range of flooring for us. Their work is really good. I've had no problems with any of the sales people or the installers. I did have an issue with the most recent ceramic flooring they did for me in my living room though. The seaming looks a little wrong, and I'm a bit dissatisfied. I am waiting for the manufacturer or someone from the company to get back to me. I am a patient person, and I am also in flooring business also, so I understand that these things happen, but if I do make a complaint, I would hope it is heard. After all, I am putting good money into these projects. Also, they did a measurement for another room I need done, and they were supposed to send me an email with an estimate, and it seems they are being a bit lax with it this time around because it's taking them several days to get back to me. Other than these small issues, I have had a really good relationship with the company, and I would absolutely recommend their services.

You can be sure that your complaint has not gone unheard. As for the problem with the flooring in your living room we have not stopped working on the claim. We have just recently been notified by the manufacturer that the problem with you floor is in fact a manufactures defect. We have been given the go ahead from the manufacturer to fix this problem.
