Just a note to say Thank you to Wecker's Flooring for providing outstanding customer service. We were dreading the thought of replacing carpet throughout our house. We anticipated issues and lots of stress. What we experienced was the complete opposite. From scheduling the appointment on line, and having such a ""knowledgeable associate"" bring samples to our home allowing us to make choices based on visuals using our furniture and lighting, to the experienced and very caring technicians who did the install, the experience was wonderful. It exceeded all our expectations. We are repeat customers and this experience confirms why we will be back for additional flooring needs. more

My husband and I had carpet and vinyl installed in our basement this morning. From the very beginning, we were guided through the selection process and Cody helped us to pick out a carpet and vinyl that flowed well with the existing flooring in our home. \r \r The team of gentlemen arrived promptly this morning and immediately set to work. Within 4 hours from start to finish, they installed all of the products we ordered. Their respect for our newly finished basement space thoroughly impressed me. To say that the finished product looks great is an understatement! Our basement is now my favorite room in our house because of the fantastic job they did! And I can't wait for Wecker's to install the same carpet in the rest of our home soon. We'll be sending as many people as possible to them! more

Our family had recently got new carpet from wecker's. The service was excellent, the installers were very polite and careful. We had ordered bright red carpet which of course would make anyone blush. Our carpet was special just for our daughter who was diagnosed with a life threatening illness. She always wanted carpet so now she has it and can walk the red carpet like a princess. I recently had our flooring replacing our home. It was a nice treat after reason for daughters and the wear and tear traffic of six people two dogs and family\r Every employee I dealt with was very professional, personable and easy to work with. First starting with Bob Stine, our salesman. He took the time to shows the different products the company offers and all the trimmings that goes with flooring such as removal of old, moving furniture, and replacing shoe molding. He not only advised us on the different types of Flooring, he also came to measure and suggested different patterns that might make her home look better. \r Next came the big day for replacement, Weckers sent to very nice gentleman, Troy and Chad. They were very thoughtful, very thorough and very professional. We were impressed by how they respected or furniture and home. You cannot even tell they were in her home afterwards except for the new flooring. They did a terrific job cleaning up after themselves.\r This is not the first time Weckers laid flooring for us. We were so impressed by the last two times, we had to go with them again. The salesman was knowledgeable and able to provide the product I wanted. His price for the carpet and installation was lower than other companies I had checked. Weckers Flooring Center is spectacular. Scheduling with them was very easy and they showed up right on time. The crew got right to work and took very few breaks which I thought was very courteous. They also brought a generator to keep my refrigerator running during the job which was a pleasant surprise. I thought they were a very hardworking group. They installed vinyl flooring for my bathroom and kitchen and did a wonderful job. I haven't had any problems with it at all. The price was very reasonable and I'm happy with how everything turned out. Everyone in the crew was very efficient, professional, and completed the job on time. I used Weckers Flooring Center to install new carpeting in my home. I thought they were very nice and professional. They did a good job installing. My only issue is that they had to rip the original carpet they laid back up. The seam was showing. I think the actual carpet itself was to blame. I believe that this carpet was discontinued. They should have told me that from the beginning. Overall, they did a good job. RESPONSE FROM Weckers Flooring Center: Rose, Thank you for taking the time to post a review about our company. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience of having the carpet ripped up after installation, as well as for the carpet being discontinued. The carpet manufactures are constantly putting out new styles in the market to keep up with the latest trends and unfortunately they need to drop previous styles to be able to do that. If we would have know the carpet was being dropped we certainly would have let you know beforehand. WECKERS FLOORING CENTER JUST INSTALLED MY WONDERFUL NEW VINYL FLOOR IN MY KITCHEN. I HAVE WORKED WITH THEM BEFORE ON A FEW PROJECTS. WE HAVE ALSO WORKED WITH OTHER FLOORING COMPANIES IN THE AREA, AND THOUGHT I WAS GETTING THIS GREAT DEAL, INSTEAD AFTER DOING SOME RESEARCH FOUND OUT I WAS GETTING A BETTER PRICE BECAUSE I WAS GETTING A LOWER GRADE PRODUCT WHICH THE NORMAL CUSTOMER SOMETIMES DO NOT REALIZE. SO WHEN SHOPPING AROUND MAKE SURE THE PRODUCTS YOU ARE LOOKING AT ARE SOMEWHAT COMPARABLE IN QAULITY. The boys over at Weckers re-carpeted my whole cottage and did a spectacular job at that. A previous painter that I had a do a job before ruined my kitchen floor so they had to fix that but overall they did a wonderful job and and I was extremely pleased with the entire effort. more

Our 75 gal aquarium overflowed on to our 2 year old Wecker's installed carpet. Your installer Jerry was terrific. He came out at 7:00am on 12/12/13 to re-pad and re-stretch the affected carpet. \r He was so kind and efficient and did a great job. We love Weckers Flooring Center. To my amazement, they are on-time and ready to work every time we call them. We've been using them for about ten years now. They've done various jobs for us like taking out our old carpet to install a new one for our dining room, living room, and hallways. The workers are always polite, careful, and efficient. Water got in my house when Hurricane Sandy hit, and my contractor doing the whole repair project recommended Weckers Flooring Center for the floor work. They installed laminate hardwood floors and carpeting for me, and they did an excellent job. The owner himself, Dan, came out and took care of everything for me. He took the measurements and checked to make sure we got the floor we wanted. Their prices were very reasonable, and they are very customer service oriented. They are friendly, and they answer any questions or concerns you might have. If you have kids or pets they can answer your questions about the best type of flooring to have.
