PATIENT BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! The worst service ever. Went to get my son a physical for sports, I asked that they fill out two nearly exact forms that were both for sports physicals, they wanted to charge me $40 for the first form and $20 for the second. I asked why, when all they had to do was copy the info from one form to the next and have the doctor sign since we were getting the physical right then. They said the doctor's signature was worth $20. What kind of practice is that? I could understand if they had to look up patient records, fax it, etc, but how hard is it to fill out two forms at once? Just ridiculous and the manager, an Indian woman was VERY disrespectful. She said if I asked her, she might let me not pay the extra $20, but I had to ask her and say I couldn't afford it. What an ego! Money wasn't the issue, it was the principle of the matter. I asked to speak to the doctor; Dr. Webster, she wouldn't let me. I asked for the owner or who was in charge, she said she was. Which I knew was a lie, she didn't own Horizons. They are horrible, and I would never go back. I discourage anyone from going, they will try and nickle and dime you to death. PATIENT BEWARE!!!!!!!!
