Issue with my car was not resolved-now taking to another Hyundai dealer for service to see if issues will be investigated/resolved

Very Pleased 8/15/2011

We dealt with Terry at Webb Hyundai. Terry was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I purchased and very enthusiastic about Hyundai in general. He is a very experienced salesperson. He made the sale without me even having an oppurtunity to try and haggle with the price. I would typically ""negotiate"" the price and never pay the full sticker price, but he had the conversation going in such a way that he talked me right through my window of opportunity . Which says a lot about him as a member of your sales team. He's good, really good. I normally can talk my way into a ""deal"", but Terry kept the ball rolling and my window of opportunity opened and closed without me even realizing it. Whcih is great for your Webb Hyundai. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase and the way in which the transaction was completed. more

We Love Webb Hyundai 7/26/2011

First , we love our Santa Fe. We had an excellent experience at Webb Hyundai. Brian's Customer Service was second to none. We purchase a car once every ten years. Brian made it a good experience. What I really appreciated was his knowledge of the car. Brian new his stuff. This gave us a lot of confidence that we were purchasing the right car. The follow up seems just as genuine. Best Prices! 7/25/2011

I have know the Webb family for a long time traveling all the way from Gurnee to do business with them because they had the largest selection of vehicles and the best prices. My salesman, Jim was very knowledgeable about the products, and kept the whole experience of buy a new car pleasant and always taking the time to go over all features that he knew were new to me or questions I might have. The follow up, availability, and assistance they provided should be recognized as it certainly was by me, which in turn has lead me to refer family and friends to this dealership from my positive experience. more

I recently purchased a new car from Webb Hyundai and this honestly had to be the best experience I have gone through. My salesman, Gary was nothing short of amazing. He listened, made great suggestions based on what I had wanted and was personable and professional. I drove away in a Hyundai Accent and I love it. I would recommend Webb to anyone. Mr. Evans and Staff were excellent resources and very knowledgeable. Every time I visit he is friendly, and willing to help me with my vehicles needs and learning about my vehicles features. I also love the services provided by the dealership for routine checkups as well. I am sure my business with them will continue. more

If you are like most of us, then you hate to go in the car dealers, but let me tell you a secret, go to WEBB Hyundai online look at there stock find what you want call set an appointment tell them that you have en emergency and you need to make up with your wife, trust me in less than 1 hour you can put the most beautiful smile on your wife, and then when you get home she will return the favor, I know it happen to me. more

Pleasure to deal with 6/27/2011

The service advisor/manager Kim is such a pleasure to deal with, it is the main reason I continue to have all my service completed at Webb Hyundai. I have a Hyundai dealer 10 minutes from my house but I choose to travel 20 miles to see Kim and my service mechanic Joe. I am confident that my service needs will get done correctly and timely. If they did not work there I would have problem taking my car anywhere else! My santa fe has 120,000 miles on it and it is a 2007. I intend to drive it well into the 200,000's thanks to Kim and Joe at Webb Hyundai in Highland, IN. more

This was my first experience with Hyundai and I was very pleased with the salesperson Kowalczk. He was very professional and polite, versed on the auto, and went out of his way to help us in the buying process. I am sold and the car and this salesperson and am considering another vehicle in the future and will be back to this dealership. more

Fantastic job 6/10/2011

Jim did a fantastic job in helping me purchase my new Elantra. Each time I stopped into the dealership, he always greeted me with a friendly smile and conversation. He is a great asset to Hyundai and I will recommend him to my friends and family. I have his business cards to give to them. He called me two weeks after I purchased the car to see if I had any questions and to check on how I liked my new car. WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The business manager also did a great job in handling the financing of my new car. I want to thank everyone at Webb Hyundai for the wonderful experience I had in purchasing my new car. The Elantra is a great car. I love driving it and love it when people turn their heads to my car as I drive down the road. more

Trouble-free driving 5/26/2011

I love my Elantra!! Buying it was a great experience and driving it is relaxing and fun! Great mileage for city and combined driving is much better than my midsize Optima was. Blue lights on dash are easier on the eyes than the red on the Optima. I really liked my Kia Optima and didn't have any problems, but like my Elantra Limited better leather, heated seats, travel information with odometer, sound system, bigger wheels, sunroof. I trust it will give me many years of trouble-free driving. more
