Issue with my car was not resolved-now taking to another Hyundai dealer for service to see if issues will be investigated/resolved

Outstanding dealership 2/10/2014

Great service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Having owned many cars over my life time, (I am a senior) I can say the staff is very well trained and aims to please its customers. I have been going here for over 2 years now and I am very pleased with the service on my Hyundai. Very nice people to do business with. more

Fooled by WEBB Hyundai 11/11/2013

They sold me a different car from the car I test drove and they led me to believe I was buying a new car. The used car they sold me made horrible noises driving off the lot. more

stay away from Webb 10/30/2013

They tried to charge me for work that was under warranty. They took my car apart without authorization and when I wanted it towed somewhere else they didn't even put it back together and left the oil pan in the trunk and engine covers in my backseat more

Professional and Accomodating 10/30/2013

In my most recent service appointment, they allowed me to change times from 5pm to 3pm, and with only 5 minutes notice! This type of service is completely representative of every experience I have had at Webb Hyundai. All the staff who saw me asked me if there was anything they could do to assist me. They always aim to do right by the customer. more
