Jon Kowalczyk, Justin Pfrommer, and Jamie Strickland always do an excellent job when my family and I bring our two Hyundai cars in to be serviced. They are always so nice so will will continue to bring our cars there to be serviced. We will continue to buy new cars from there as well when the time comes. Thank you! more

My Appt. experience 5/9/2014

I recieved great service for an oil change, then following week getting a tail light part changed. The service guys were great as always on both days I was there. The lady who scheduled my next oil change appt. was also great. Very plesant people you have working here. Thank you for that ! I have already recommended your business to friends. more

Have time to spend your day there? 3/19/2014

Last time I went to the service department I had a TERRIBLE experience and Ernie asked me not to do the survey so I didn't. He wanted a second chance to make things right. I go again and NOTHING CHANGES! They told me 45min and I waited doubled 1hr29min. I was late to work! I timed it on my phone and showed Ernie when he came up to me to ask “How the service was this time?” He then asked “Are you serious?” He walked in back towards the service office. I know Ernie cares about his customers but the people working on the cars does not. How come every time I come and I finally get tired of waiting and I ask for my car and it's been sitting outside done already? The ONLY reason why I return is because I have the driver's plus package with the oil changes. This was the first time the car wash was working as I was there. The wiper blades are extremely expensive. more

Unforgettable Experience 3/17/2014

The Service Department at Webb Hyundai is excellent. I am looking forward, however, to the end of my lease (and my dealings with Webb Hyundai). The ordeal that I went through in leasing this vehicle was the worst business transaction that I have ever experienced. I would never recommend this business to anyone. more
