Broke our bathroom fan and didn't finish the job 3/12/2017

While doing our insulation Weatherseal broke our bathroom fan and put old insulation around the heat pump and just left it. They were supposed to remove it. the owner said she would fix it once she heard about it but she never did. I waited almost four months and then she took me to court where I learned not to just wait for someone to finish the job. I should have went to court within two months of them not completing the job. The owner is a shrude woman and cares only about money. Any other company would have finished the job. more

My 1960s ranch house was woefully under-insulated, cold, and expensive to heat and cool. Weatherseal blew cellulose in my attic on schedule, cleaned up after themselves, and made an immediate difference in the comfort and affordability of my home. Highly recommend them. more

Terrible service 2/4/2014

While spraying insulation in our crawlspace, Weatherseal damaged the crawlspace door and part of the house foundation.I contacted them about it (they never said anything, probably hoping we wouldn't notice) and sent photos of the damage. It took them about 4 days to respond, saying they'd come look at it. I didn't hear anything for 3-4 days after that so I called them. They said someone was supposed to take a look at the damage and said they'd get back to me. This was early this morning and I'm still waiting to hear back. Not surprisingly, they were very prompt in sending me their invoice for the insulation. (which I of course won't pay until they repair the damage). Very frustrating that they are treating this so casually. more
