Review content:
While spraying insulation in our crawlspace, Weatherseal damaged the crawlspace door and part of the house foundation.I contacted them about it (they never said anything, probably hoping we wouldn't notice) and sent photos of the damage. It took them about 4 days to respond, saying they'd come look at it. I didn't hear anything for 3-4 days after that so I called them. They said someone was supposed to take a look at the damage and said they'd get back to me. This was early this morning and I'm still waiting to hear back. Not surprisingly, they were very prompt in sending me their invoice for the insulation. (which I of course won't pay until they repair the damage). Very frustrating that they are treating this so casually.
