Beautiful Hotel - Great Location! 1/29/2009

This experience was heavenly. It is very hard to stay in hotels now-days and get a good nights sleep or even feel relaxed while doing so. This hotel was inviting and comfortable from when I walked in the door to when I left. The room was pristine and so was the sitting area and bathroom. The temperature was perfect in all areas. The hotel staff was friendly in all areas of the hotel. Any questions or concerns I had were immediately answered and responded too. Great experience! more

It really deserves 5 STAR 11/14/2008

I have been to Waterfront Plaza very colorful hotel. 24 hours a day to assist. Wonderful Staff, Excellent Service. Private fitness center, High speed internet access, heated pool and Sauna, Valet parking, chartered boat services, private boat docking facilities. Easy access to San Francisco and all Bay Area. **Excellent Hotel** more

I have been to Waterfront Plaza very colorful hotel. 24 hours a day to assist. Wonderful Staff, Excellent Service. Private fitness center, High speed internet access, heated pool and Sauna, Valet parking, chartered boat services, private boat docking facilities. Easy access to San Francisco and all Bay Area. **Excellent Hotel** more

I have used them before and their Luis is fast, friendly, and professional. The quality is good! I'm glad I didn't go with Rug Doctor. more

poor customer service 8/13/2006

while the hotel staff was mostly friendly we had reservations for almost two months before showing for a wedding party only to find they had booked the rooms we had been prommised and in attempt to fix there errors decided to put the four brides maids in a smalll one bed room and informed us the boooking agent lied and there was no bridal suite in the hotel for the bride and groom and the price of the rooms quoted to us had been changed and we were asked to pay more for the smaller rooms then we were quoted for the larger ones, I would not recommend making reservations at this hotel your better off just arriving in person and attemping to getting at least a bed to sleep in more

Waterfront Plaza Hote 4/13/2006

I have been to a Waterfront Plaza Hote becuase I wanted to see it for myself when i was looking for a reception hall for my weding. I liked the hotel - it was my choice #3. What I liked about it was the fact that it was on the water, that the food tasted well (we tried and sampled it ourselves a year before) and because it looked great - just what i wanted for my wedding. But we did not go with it because ultimately we wanted something on the other side of the bay - clsoer to where all of our relatives lived more

Clean, Decent Service, Great View 9/23/2005

This place is located right next to Jack London square where you can do tons of shopping and tons of dining. It is located right next to the Oakland harbor and has pretty decent views. Just don't get a room on the train side because it is incredibly loud at night! Upgrade for the extra $20, it's worth it. PROS: Clean, Great service CONS: No parking included, It's an extra $20 for valet more
