In my experience Watassa Management has been a helpful and understanding property management company. They have always been extremely responsive to all requests for maintenance and have even gone the extra mile, when we the tenant had clearly goofed.\r

For example, our mailbox had a broken lock and after kindly replacing the lock, I lost the new keys only a week or so after. I called Watassa back, explained the situation, and honestly expected to be billed for my error. They were understanding about the situation, and replaced my mailbox lock a second time free of charge. Not too my companies would've done that.\r

I've particularly found Francis to be a kind and helpful manager and have felt him to be an “on the tenant's side” kind of person.\r

Not everything has been perfect, as I had to complain over a late charge once. But it's never perfect. Overall, I've found that Watassa provides good service and treats the tenant fairly. All we can ask.\r
